I am a buyer of flat in Mahagunpuram Phase 2 on NH24 near Columbia Asia Hospital Meharulli VIllage. This project started in 2011 and builder promised to give possession by 2015 December. However till today we have not received the possession and builder has illegal taken 100% amount from us.

He is now saying GDA is not giving CC due to which possession cannot be granted . We are 600 families suffering from this . Moreover builder has not told us about sewage problems in society.

The Project is owned by Mahagun India Pvt Ltd Sector 63 Noida. Please cooperate in getting us our flats

The condition of roads in vaishali sector-4 is pathetically bad. To be specific this is the road behind sarvodaya hospital and the road adjacent to sector-4 mother dairy. This is a highly dense residential colony and there are many accidents that happen because of the condition of the road. Also there has been no maintenance of this road in the last 10 years that I have been seeing.
Would appreciate if there are adequate steps taken for this.

Respected madam, a former rld leader, sudesh sharma, has been installing various mobile towers at the roof top of his house r-12/26 raj nagar, ghaziabad. Despite of rwa and neighbour's objections, he uses to increase the number of mobile towers. He himself does not reside here, he lives in modi nagar. When we tries to talk to him, he threatened us for dire consequences if we object.

We, the innocent neighbours, have written many times to ssp, dm, cm officer lucknow, but no action has been taken so far. Since, we heard about your honesty and boldness, madam, we request you to kindly explore and take an appropriate action in this regard.

Respected sir,

We are resident of d - block, shastri nagar, ghaziabad.
There is an illegal basement construction going on at sd - 231, shastri nagar, ghaziabad where they have already dug the ground 15 ft below the surface cause a high risk to property around it. To add more to the trouble, with present rainy season, the plot is a very high risk to all the houses around it and can lead to property hazard and life risk at any moment.

Please take the action at the earlist before any mishap happens.

Hi,

I am resident of star rameshwaram in raj nagar extention. I would like to bring into your notice that in this area there are many societies, schools and sharp turns. But there are not a single foot over bridge or speed breaker or traffic lights and working street lights near by.

On daily basis on this road, many incidents have been noticed of road accident. People are losing their life due to high speed vehicles.

Place where speed breaker needed :

1 - there is a sharp turn on the right hand side of opposite direction of star rameshwaram society.

2 - starting point of every societies and schools. As there is no sidewalks exist on the road, it is recommended to walk facing oncoming traffic on the same side of the road as the oncoming traffic. Also, there should get as far to the side of the road as possible to provide additional space between you and oncoming cars.

Please have look on the serious note on this request.

Gda ke makano mein chal rahi dukano ke sambandh me avgat karana hai ki yeh sabhi makan jo ki gda dwara rehne ke liye diye gaye the makan maliko ke dwara unme dukane kholi gayi hai jo sabhi gda ke niyamo ke anuroop nahi hai gda officer dwara kewal khana purti ke liye karyewahi ki jati hai aur paise na dene per unhi dukano ko band kara diya jata hai baki sabhi dukane pehle ki taraha chalti rehti hai aur un per koi karyewahi nhi ki jati hai iska matlab to ye hai ki sarkar ko tax do aur gda ke officers ko bhi paise do nhi to apki dukan band ker di jaygi. Up me to wahi hal hai andher gardi hai chopat raja hai.

आपसे कृपया अनुरोध है ! की हमारी कमर्शियल संम्पत्ति के सामने बड़ी संख्या में अतिक्रमण किया हुआ है जिसमे, नारियल वाला, चोव्मिन का ढाबा, पनवाड़ी की दुकान, व् अन्य रेहडी वाले, बड़ी संख्या में सरकारी सम्पति पर कब्ज़ा किया हुआ है जिसकी वजह से नाले का कूड़ा नहीं उठता है और इन अतिक्रमण की वजह से असमाजिक लोगो का जमावड़ा लगा रहता है ! और इनकी वजह से आये दिन चोरियां भी होती है !

आपसे अनुरोध है तुरंत कार्यवाहीं की जाये !

dear madam ur welcome gzb i am very happy to know that u decided take action illigal property use, i want to knowlege ur department & u, that nasirpur phatak raiiway crosing there are many illigal mkt that use comercial, kavinagar tushar hotel, c block goel store, VDH store, and 15 shops in front of ramlila ground & mny illigal, ashok nagar where construstion a 3rd floor fuul comercial mkt illigal, nehru ngr, apsra saree, urvasi saree, mayur furniture, maliwara there are many cooler factory, they are cause of traffic jam, poiution and many bulding in front of holy child choraha, please visit that place & take action .

I m residing in c156 brij vihar ghaziabad 201011 and due to illegal construction from the residents they block the roads from both sides. I am a senior citizens and daily i have to visit to doctor from my car. And there is no way from where i put my car out as from both sides residents encroach the road. I request you to please clear the road as soon as possible thanks

Sir, we are very focus of people health & safety.. From last 3 year we have notice there is illegal activity in shop store dangerous industries chemical without govt permission.. We tried to shift this but owner threatened about so whatever u want no body can shift this.. We already payed to police no one can touch us..

Kindly take serious action about this.. For future mishappening fire.. It's advance alarm for govt to stop such kind of activity..

Hope our chief minister yoji ji will take serious action on this.

I, Jagdeep Singh Battoo, resident of G-2, Plot Number 764 Niti Khand-1,
Indirapuram, Ghaziabad would like to complain against our neighbor’s recent
construction. I am a senior citizen living with my wife at the above mentioned
residence. We share a back side wall with our neighbors. It was the grill mounted
on top of the wall to act as a vent for sunlight and fresh air.
Our neighbors Mr. R.R. Miholia resident of Plot No. 774, Niti Khaqnd – I,
Indirapuram Ghaziabad, tried to close the vent last year as well but we didn’t let
them do the same. Last year, on our objection to close the vent, they came to
our place with some goons but our other neighbors and police handled the
situation and asked them not to close the vent. They agreed to that but in the
last week, in our absence, they closed the vent again. We called police as well
to get involved and take action to open that vent again so that we can
breathe fresh air and have access to sunlight. Police asked to contact
Ghaziabad Development Authority for the matter.
Now, I request you to come and take cognizance of this matter and get
removed the partition at the earliest. Every citizen has the right to breathe fresh
air. Vent was there for a purpose and blocking it is not justifiable in any
circumstances.

Shops are constructed in balmikikunj patel nagar 2 ghaziabad residential gda flats the same is creating problem for the citizens of that area. That unauthorised construction & use change of residencial flats by help of gda officers & employe. For their some benefit or bribe they are allowing this practice & creating problem for the people of the area. Those who did not bribe the employe of gda officers are served notice & sealing is initiated for them only.

Reference:-unauthorised construction in a-127 ground floor. Where person has covered the essential left out space (Which has to be left as per gda guidelines) with fame work and are building a temporary room, please refer to captioned construction activity being carried out on the above said plot, in relation to the above we would like to bring to your kind information & knowledge that owner of ground floor has illegally encroached the front area of around 10 feets which is actually creating problem for other building owners as other ground floor members will do the same way and will create problem in the building owners...

Sir, here by i want to know more about hole procedure to deposit the bank's n. O. C. Which was issued from the bank against my property home loan in to the gda, so please a mail me all require paper n formalities to submit the same with the gda.

This is to inform you, our neighbor, who is in procession of one of the flat in ground floor (G1 167 shalimargarden extension-i rose park gate no-4, in front of gauri shankar temple) has made a ramp illegally on the road. He has grab an area infront of our building (167) and made a ramp.in our building we donot have any parking and total six flat are there. We parked our bike, car infront of our building. As he has made this ramp, so we donot have any space to park our bike and car. At rainy season there is no place to float rain water as he has blocked drain also. So we are requesting you to stop this illegal construction on road.

I booked a flat in raj nagar extension in mr proview officer city 2, possession was due on dec.2015 and still there is no work going on. I am paying emi and rent both. When i talk the builder in sec 63 office every time they make many excuses. When yogi g can ask the noida authority to monitor the progress of noida flats why gda can not monitor or solve the issue in ghaziabad flat buyers issue.

this is to inform you that parking guards are collecting the money for exceeding time beyond 8 hours of parking but on asking the slip of extra 5 rupees given to him, he started abusing with foul language. he started yelling "teri kya aukaat". Since this their daily routine to 'fill their pockets', they are not afraid if this matter is esclated to higher authorities.

There should be proper channel to collect the parking charges and rotation of guards should be there.

Dear Sir,
I had booked flat in project KDP Grand Savanna in Rajanagar Extension owned by KDP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. D247/29 sector 63 Noida in 2010 . I had received possession letter along with final demand note in Jan 2017. This final demand note is not having any delay possession penalty details adjusted by builder.
I had replied on mail to KDP regarding full and final settlement after adjusting the penalty value as per policy and government defined rulings.
There is no response from KDP as he is not responding from last 7 years on any kind of communication either through mail, post.
Sir, You are already aware of this builder about the unethical behaviour with customers form others where there is no transparency in processes.
I tried to contact their representatives and asked about the same, the answer is that we will not provide any delay possession penalty. Where as he had charged penalty from other buyers for delay payment even for 3-4 days with rate of interest of 18% and 24%.
I request you to instruct builder for giving delay possession penalty as per policy so that I can take possession of flat from him.
If I visit legal authority than he might delay the possession and it is financial impact on me where I had waited for 7 years after giving 95% payment in advance.
This builder had not informed about the status of project by any communication to us and if we ask about the status, than he never respond on mails.
He had called all buyers of my tower for asking the remaining 5% money so that he can complete the project. We refused to give remaining money as this builder had breached the trust of customer.

I am middle class family who is paying rent and EMI from 2010 for paying 95% advance. Still the tower is not in good condition to live post releasing possession letter.

I request your intervention as you are the authority who can instruct such builders for obeying rules and regulation . Such builders are ruining the image of GDA also.

This is to inform you, our neighbor who is in possession of basement hall no.1- sargam enterprises, sb - 39 blockb shalimar garden extension-2, ghaziabad up has illegally covered our balcony and constructed an entrance for his basement for commercial use. This is a big threat to our privacy and the building structure as it is not commercially approved. Our balcony may fall at any time because of the heavy weight he has put on it. He has also damaged the pillars of the building because of which the whole building is under threat.
Request your immediate action in order to prevent any miss happening.
