I had paid online payment of rs. 1686.40 for property tax today on 07.08.2018 morning for the fy 2017-18 against the pin no. Vs1033936 in the name of nirmala devi. Amount was deducted from my hdfc debit card but no message or receipt of the online payment was generated by the system. While searching the records on gnn home page, no records are found, payment history is also not traceable, ticket no. Is also not exhibited. Amount in the challan also remains unchanged even after online payment.

Please resolve this technical issue at the earliest and the send me the receipt on my email id - arpan. [protected]@gmail.com
