We the residents of plot no. 350 shakti khand 3 are aggrieved by a stray dog in our building's stairs. The dog is voilent, barks at and try to bite every one using the stairs specially the childrens. We tried everything to keep it away but nothing worked. So it is requested to the concern person to look in to the matter as soon as possible.

Housae tax for pin no vs94016 for rs 1189.20 was paid through hdfc gate way through website www, onlinegnn.com using debit card on 13th july 2019 and the amount has been deducted from the my bank account but the amount paid is not reflected in the ledger so i again made the payment through credit card. So i made the payment two times total of rs 2378.40 but in the ledger only amount 1189.20 is getting reflected what about the amount of second payment of rs 1189.20. The ledger should reflect total of rs 2378.40. Please see the status and resolve my complaint.

The truck which is supposed to come to collect gardage does not comes in our locality and if he comes he does not plays the music so that we could know that he has arrived. He has not been coming for a couple of days. He does not comes regularly. He is not even regular with his timings. Sometimes he comes early in the morning and sometimes late in noon. He doesn't even stop the truck sometimes and we have to run after the truck to dispose the garbage. We are facing alot of problems because of this. The locality is really pissed off because of this. Please help and take some senior steps.

This is to bring to your kind notice that there has been an overflow of sewage from sulabh sauchalaya swarna jayanti park indirapuram for last 10 days.
No one has come to clean it up and it's very difficult for anyone to stay there for one minute. Kindly treat this matter as very urgent and hope to see some action from your side.

I want to state that myself a resident of vivekananda colony ghaziabad u. P, is having a complaint o[censored]nfit drinking water, with unbearable stinking smell which, could make people sick so an immediate action would be faithfull for people of our colony. It's getting unbearable day by day because water is life without it we are incomplete. I think ghaziabad nagar nigam would take an immediate measurable action to resolve this problem.

It is submitted that the garbage vehicle which is collecting garbage in sector 15, vasundhar is a great fuss for the last 3 months. Now a days, the driver of the garbage vehicle is frequently changed by the nagar nigam. The new driver always forces us to throw garbage from the ground floor. This is not possible for the residents of 1st floor & 2nd floor.

I have made so many complaints in the past time through nagar nigam ghaziabad app but in vain. I have advised them to arrange for an extra employee who can carry garbage bag from main gate of ground floor etc. Every time i lodge a complaint, i got a call from nagar nigam office of vasundhara that they will solve the issue soon. But the complaint is still same.

I have also lodged a complaint for the same on 1076 (The number was published yesterday on nav bharat times newspaper).

You are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest but not like the previous times.

The street repairing work in from to pipleshwar mahadev temple (Opposite shagun sweets, and parallel to turab nagar market) is under progress. There are two temples on this street which have illegally occupied the street area. Now there illegal construction is not being demolished and new drainage lines are being constructed which is finally reducing the overall width of the street by 4-5 feet.
Also there are some houses and shops on this street which in the past made their construction over drainage lines, and for them also new drainage lines are build now (Reducing street length at those points to 6 inches to 1 feet). Though ramps of other houses are demolished. Rules must be same for everyone. Isn't it?

Once the street repairing will be completed, people will park their cars in the remaining area, that will again impact the open space of this street. I request you to please look into the matter and command to demolish the illegal constructions first.

Ground Floor Allottees in Sector 17 G & H Block, Greenview Apartment, Vasundhara, Gzb, have encroached open space by making Pucca Boundary of 10- 15 ft, resulting 30 ft road becomes 10 ft. It causes a serious parking problem.

Moreover, these allottees are encroaching open spaces by damaging/ cutting trees which were planted 8-10 years back by our Welfare Association.

Concern officials are requested to resolve the issue.

With this complaint i would like to bring your kind attention regarding the monkey menace in our area. (Sec-2 rajender nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad). Around 15-20 monkeys are comming daily in our society.
I'll explain our society problems in points:-
1- monkeys are biting and attacking people.
2- monkeys damaging our water pipes.
3- childrens are not able to play in garden and parks because of monkey menace.
4- monkeys are damaging our clothes.
5- monkeys are damaging our lights and gates.
6- around 5-6 people got attacked by these dangerous monkeys.

Sir, please its a request, take some serious action as soon as possible.

Subject - the huge drainage system has been blocked. Need to fix asap.

On behalf of the residents of d8-block, dlf ankur vihar ghaziabad (201102), i bring to your kind notice that the sewer in front of building no. D8/29 and d8/30, dlf ankur vihar (Ghaziabad) 201102 is overflowing since last more than 4 months and no official o[censored]pjb or gmc has taken care to take action to clear the sewer link to stop overflowing of dirty water from the sewer line.
Since last more than 4 months the sewer water is over flowing on the street. The street is flooded with dirty water and filled with foul smell. As we experience rain this season, the garbage in the roads are just washed away by the rains into the houses. It is in a unhygienic state of living and a great nuisance to the residents. The vehicles plying on the streets splashes water on the walls of the houses. The drainage water gets polluted and contaminates the drinking water. The difficulties faced by the residents are much more to explain.
This results in a unhygienic condition and prone to many water borne diseases. This also provides a favorable condition for mosquito to breed and so increasing the chances of malaria and dengue.
I wish to request the concerned authorities to look in to this serious matter and get the blocked sewer line cleared at the earliest for the betterment of the residents living in d8-block, dlf ankur vihar ghaziabad (201102).

I am resident of plot no 668, shakti khand -3, indirapuram, ghaziabad. We are really troubled by a stray dog which sits near our plot and have bitten many people. We have made endless complaints but no action have been taken yet.
Request you to take action as soon as possible otherwise we will have to contact higher authorities for such negligence.

I am a resident of house 180/5 sector -16, vasundhara ghaziabad.
The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly. Many complaints have been made by me through e nagarsewaup.gov.in having complaint id[protected], no action has been taken till now

With this complaint i would like to bring your kind attention regarding the monkey menace in our sangam welfare society of vaishali sector 5 for last one year. More than 20 monkeys creates a lot of disturbance in our daily. Some of them are so dangerous that ladies can't go for daily shopping and children can't paly even in parking area.

The group of the monkeys has damaged a water pipes, caused a lot of damage to vehicles, damaged dust bins and litter here and there.

These monkeys may create a danger to the life of the residents of society. It is requested to please catch the monkeys at the earliest and provide protection to the residents.

House tax for pin no. Kn9227 for rs. 787.07 was paid through hdfc bank gate way using debit card on 29june2019 with txn#[protected], and the amount has been deducted from card account. The amount paid is not reflecting in my ledger account, and still shows debit balance. Since i have not received any receipt could i request you please look into matter and ensure us that payment has been done and provide the status as paid on website for our assurance.
Please do the needful to rectify the discrepancy.

This is to inform you about the poor drainage system around the durga tower building in rdc, raj nagar, behind the gaur central mall. The drains in front of the durga tower building are being blocked due to the waste and scrap which results in overflow.in front of durga tower building there is a lot of waste thrown by the visiters of gaur central mall, mahaluxmi mall, champions, cinch and other nearby auomobile shops which causes smell and bad odour in nearby sorroundings and it should be removed.

The street dogs have created a lot of problems in our area (Road & park), frequently they attacked any of resident of our colony or outsider too. They run behind the running two wheelers and three wheelers on road. They already bite many people till date. We have to think thrice before leaving our house because of the fear. Small kids can't leave their house without a guardian. Few neighbors are providing them food...

Sir, our factory located in tronica city, ghaziabad (F-3, SECTOR A-2, DJ PLUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED) .. Factory has a sewer in front of the gate no.-1 of the company, 2-3 deys back few workers of nagar nigam came for cleaning the sewer . that day they were unable to open the cover of the sewer then they delibrately broke the cover of the sewer . when i asked them to replace the cover they refused to replace it, i kindly to replace my sewer cover .. to protect the future for mishappening...

I have paid the house tax bill of rs 4390.85 against pin number kn29045 on saturday, 22nd june 2019 at www.onlinegnn.com. after the payment was processed the website took me to the home page rather than generating receipt or any acknowledgement of payment. However, the amount was deducted from my debit card but neither i received any receipt of payment nor it is reflecting on website. I have transaction no. And message from bank for payment...

Subject-blockage of sever line - regarding.

Sever line is blockage since last 1 week and it is making the life miserable in street near the (Ballosam school) house no. A-180 to a-168, defence colony, bhopura ghaziabad.
So i request you to take an action on urgent basis as to continue the sever line blockage.
