After repeated requests, visits for the last two months and assurances from the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam Office at Vasundhara no proper installation of street light is done in the Market Complex of Awas Vikas Market, Sector 15, vasundhara. Recently some street lights were installed by them but are in non working condition. We the shop owners in the premise face lot of problems in the night due to poor lighting arrangements. Dear Sir/Madam, I was paying the property tax bill of Rs 1056 for my Property Pin number VS39476 today (24/11/2015), using my standard chartered Bank credit card on your website www.onlinegnn.com. After the payment process the website takes to the home page rather than generating receipt or any acknowledgement of payment, there seems to be some error/issue. However, the amount was deducted from my debit card but neither I received a confirmatory message of payment nor any receipt of payment. Your website is also showing error message "No amount Deposited under this Pin number"...

An amount of Rs 1267.20 as per demand, was deposited online through Citibank credit card on 05 /10/ 2015 against receipt from the Citibank towards the house/sewer charges for the period 2015 – 2016, but neither any receipt was generated nor the ledger record has been updated on its website till date. A complaint was sent to the Nagar Nigam vide email dtd. 12/10/2015. No response given. The amount may be credited in the ledger account and receipt may be issued forthwith.

I am a resident of Flat no. E - 1002, Exotica Elegance, Ahinsa Khand - 2, Indirapura, Ghaziabad. Property pin no. - VS96982 in ward no. 49. Against bill no. [protected] dated 30th Dec 2014 of amount Rs. 736/-, payment was made on 18th Jan 2015 (before the due date of 28th Jan) vide receipt no. 24903 during a camp organized in the society by Ghaziabad nagar nigam. However, the same payment is not updated in ledger and is showing in arrears of 920 Rs.(736 Rs +184 late payment) in new bill no. 1516VS96982 dated 24th June 2015.

Hello, This is to bring to your notice that sewage behind 53, b gf 2, naveen park, sahibabad, ghaziabad and no action has been taken by the municipal corporation/Nagar Nigam. The sewage system of Shiv Shakti Vihar, Sahibabad-201005 is blocked for the last three months. It is expected that necessary and early steps will be taken on priority by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam to clean the sewage system and to avoid spreading of Dengue or Malaria in the locality. Early action in this regard will save the lives of residents.

Sir, Pls refer house tax bill no : 1516VS47843 issued on 24 June 2015 by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam, Vasundhara of amount Rs 1353.60. In above bill, I would like to state that Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam have also added previous year 2014-15 house tax bill of Rs 720 /, which I have already deposited on 13 Oct 2014 vide your receipt no : 093 of book no : 24298 . In view of above I request you to look into above bill & do the correction in S.No:3 of your bill ie previous year balance amount as already paid by me in my House tax bill of year 2015-16 and update the correct amount of house tax bill for depositing amount on line at the earliest . We used the online mode of payment, but there was a timeout error after the payment was done. The amount was debited and there has been no status or receipt from Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam.
