Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Online portal www.onlinegnn.com not availing discount 20 percent which is applicable if bill paid before due date

Online portal www.onlinegnn.com not availing discount which is applicable if billl paid before due date. also payment not updated in regional office even after 2-3 months of payment. Why is this discrepancy? if somebody is paying taxes many days in advance using online portal, is he/she not applicable for this discount? Please look into this matter. I know hundreds of people like me have been cheated by them. Many thanks in advance.
