Online portal www.onlinegnn.com not availing discount which is applicable if billl paid before due date. also payment not updated in regional office even after 2-3 months of payment. Why is this discrepancy? if somebody is paying taxes many days in advance using online portal, is he/she not applicable for this discount? Please look into this matter. I know hundreds of people like me have been cheated by them. Many thanks in advance.

Ghaziabad nagar nigam - drains chock and road are very Pathetic condidtion. - Jagrti vihar Sec-23.
illegal meat shop and Wine shop are in residental Area. we are requesting please look in to the matter and improve the area and the image of nigam also.
