We are resident of apurupa appt in road no 2 banjarahills opposite to Ex-mla Dhamodar reddys house, and are facing huge problem due to the constructions works going on in our nabouring land belongs to GAR group and they have been Using breaker to cut the rock which is causing lot of sound, noice pollution and vibrations are developing cracks to our building . The excavation works are going on since last 5years, we co-oparated enought till date but it looks like its not going to end anytime soon. As our residents are facing sever health problems we asked them to stop using breaker and request them to use any other softer means but the contractor and builder ignored and are continuing using it. the following are the problems we are facing and your are request to kinldy look into it and see if they even are allowed to carry on works for so long and that to with out neighbours approvals and needed approvals from GHMC to work for so long years. 1. elders in our familys are facing health problems due to sound like vertigo and ear problems 2. children are unable to ready, study and concentrated on their studies 3. cracks are developing in our appt and on out side walls 4. the water stagnated in the site is being breading ground for mosquitoes which leading to fever 5. residents cant even site, talk or hear each other in their houses or sleep. all above problems we are facing from past 4 to 5 years and the works still going. Construction yet to start, still excavation going on. Our location comes under GHMC circle-10, ward 105. Banjara road no 2.

We the residents of Agapura Nnampally Street no 7, want to complain against the illegal mobile tower which has been placed on one of the houses by the owner the house number is 5/7/329, street no 7 there have been two cancer deaths in the locality since the installing of the tower please kindly take note of the mobile tower and remove it thanking you your Sincerly the residents of Nampally, Agapura, street no 7

We are residents in Jayabheri 4 seasons venture that was at Nanakramguda near financial district.
We are fasing lots of problems/ trabules with many street dogs in all 24 hours.
They shout, they cry and they bark so loudly that we cant even sleep at night because of them.
Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

sir I want to tell about illegal constuction at north zone circle 15-ward-128 plot no 68 h.no 4-32-249 l b nagar HMT society shapur nagar Quthbullapur the owner of house he had construction G+5 in 300yards & he did not given any set back to is building, He is causing so much trouble to commuters.He dumps Sand, Construction materiel without any care, I have tried complaining about this to several places looks like, GHMC official is visiting the place. He is taking care of all officials so kindly take action no him.sir please respond before its too late. Also iam sending two copys of that building. Regards Citizen of India

I am one of the resident of Building "KHIABAN" Bearing HNo. 3-4-851, AT Barkatpura, Beside Wood land Hospital, Opposite to Provident Fund office. In the Said Building South West Portion's Front side are Approved shops. behind these Approved shops there is a parking Area which has been Completely included in Front Side shops leaving No Parking Area at all These Illegal Construction in Parking Area causing parking problem in our Building Please take immediate action to ease out our Parking Problem regards.

Hello Sir,

Street dogs showing hell to the people at temple bus stop especially to the people returning from the office late night.
I have been working in a MNC and doing night shifts. Every day they are chasing atleast 2 times. They around 40 to 50 dogs. Please send the dog van and make us free from this hell. This has been happening since a month. Try to understand the problem intensity.

Respected sir,
The speed breaker at above location was temporarily touched up a few months back.After a few showers, the condition has again worsened, leading to long queues during morning peak office hours.
May we request you to take up repairs of said SPEED BREAKER and ease the traffic flow during peak hours.

To, The Commissioner GHMC, Respected sir, I am a resident of Vidhyanagar colony, opposite Reddy colony, Chanda nagar, Serilimgamplly staying here for the past 20 years. Actually the plight of roads in our locality is very truoblesome.The roads are very narrow and congested to move. As number of commercial buildings are increasing day by day in our locality, it is now a hectic task to our people to move here and there. Especially most of the residents in our area are encroaching the roads by planting trees in front of their houses. Due to that now the condition of roads changed from worse to worst. Eventhough we requested them to remove the trees many times, they are turning a deaf ear. So I request you to instruct the authorities concerned to look into the matter by widening the roads and take suitable action on that residents. Hoping an expedite response. Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention to the dismal state of environment behind zam zam complex, Near Kareem kirana store, Tadla Kunta Chandrayan Gutta. Sir one of a sweet shop owner of this area is burning wood preparing sweets and some salty items which is causing serious air pollution. There is a holy faith school next left, where kids and citizens living around are finding it difficult to take breathe. The smoke gets severe as it constantly burns every day. These dogs are coming directly in to our flats and making the atmosphere very dirty please we request you to take some necessary actions and take this dogs away from our street. Sir, I'm living in Sanath Nagar.We had a bridge connecting sanathnagar, fatehnagar, balkampet, but due to some reasons the path from sanath nagar to balkampet through is blocked .But there was a route below the bridge. G.H.M.C constructed a cement road.That road now created a problem by storing rain water from higher areas & leakage from above(i.e., from the bridge). So, Sir please repair the road route below the fatehnagar bridge.

Respected, I am from Bhel mac society at Bhel company back side.There are so many dogs at our area for 01 street there near to 10-15 Dogs .Dogs are fighting with other dogs they are entering to houses and disturbing the premises. We are facing a lot of problems with some street dogs(12 to 15 in #) which are moving around in our colony. They are not only attacking but making a lot of noise, we are scared of coming out especially night hours.

From last two days couple of school goings kids are attacked by these street dogs. So Please take immediate actions against this dogs.

There is a regular overflow of drainage near ganga jamuna bakery, on the lane to nilofur hospital. our apartment, Sovereign Shelter Apartments is located just beside the ganga jamuna bakery and the drainage water is coming inside the apartment basement. Dear GHMC, I am a resident of RAMA KRISHNA PURAM, S.V.O COLONY, SECUNDERABAD, MALKAJGIRI MUNCIPALITY. There is being a blockade in our drainage system due to the dumping of cow dung by local guys. This is causing serious issue and health hazard, as it is blocking the normal flow of the drainage. The stagnant water is creating health problem and the drainage flow is unproper. Please look into the issues and resolve it as it being pending from past many weeks. This issues in the area Rama Krishna Puram, S.V.O. Colony, near Maisamma temple. Secunderabad.

Land marking pochama temple. at Main road Drainage Manual repair last 20 day back, after repairing they have not cleaned the Garbage, I have requested local Garbage cleaner Mr. Ganesh (contractor or supervisor) cell no. [protected]. after request he answer, He is not responsible to clean the repair Garbage, He ask me complaint at AE Commissioner due to his duty only Drainage cleaning . sir, I am requesting to pl. send the Garbage lifting personal to clean immediately to avoid the road destruction and odour smell. We have reported an issue regarding illegal construction to “GHMC Commissioner” on 13thJuly’14 and also registered a complaint with GHMC on 15thJuly’14 (Complaint No. 2014-07- W096396). The said illegal structure is currently being built on Plot-213, Sy No.145, Sardar Patel Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Complaint details:
Illegal construction is happening at site located at Plot No.213, Sy No.: 145, Sardar Patel Nagar, Kukatpally (Circle -14). Permission for this plot was sought by the builders vide Application No.: 96180/07/12/2013/C14. dated 7th Dec, 2013. The Plot size is 40x60 ft (216 Sq.m).
Construction work at this plot is almost in the final stage. The set back left around the building is less than the norms (3mx2mx1.5m), to be frank there is hardly any set back (1ft -2ft) left around the building. The building being built is Ground + 4 floors which is again a major deviation from GHMC norms (10m Ht. permitted) for such a small plot and obviously there are unauthorised floors.

No action has been taken by GHMC till date. Please take it up with concerned authorities so that action is initiated against the illegal structure

We have booked online complaint on 21.07.2014 regarding the drainage overflow in our locality, Firstly the concerned Supervisor tells its not his responsibility drainage overflow. The website might have given you my number by mistake Please call some other personnel. When I called the customer care they tell your compliant not yet booked, please book again. New compliant was given. I think there is no seriousness on handling the complaints of citizens.
