It is disappointing 😔 Ghosh Exports has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that Ghosh Exports address these customer issues as soon as possible.
Dated 11.04.2022 send some documents from chinurah hooghly head post office through speed post to kathmandu Nepal address but on line tracking it is found that it is still laying at kolkata foreign post from 13.04.2022 to till date

I ordered for a dress after seeing ad in FB account name soumi ghosh.i paid my amount but got a wrong n very cheap quality product delivered after 1.5 Months. Post that I tried calling their customer Care number n assistance manager Nikita Agarwal..also sent email multiple times.but no response till date. 1765 paid. Such a fraud people doing online business across India using FB as their Media. I was my money back for them everything in fraud earned but for me it's my hard work. Please help me to get my money back.

I had ordered my dress on June 10th after seeing ad in fb. Payment was done for amt 1765. After one n half month they sent me the material. But the material was totally different n low quality than what I ordered for. Chased the customer Care multiple times and their assistance manager.. don't want to specify her name here. Their response was always seems positive but they never turned back. No reply from them. I have all proof for wat I opted. Now they are not picking up my call.am going to raise this in court.
