i ordered a suit online from lacekart bt the product they gave was nt the same and was a saree of very low and cheap quality..when i tried to complain they are now nt picking up the calls...and now they have clsed their site also...first they didnt gavethe time to open the product and now no contact is being made with then...myproduct code was#R[protected] WHICH I DID ON 06/06/2016...and product was 129 designer model pink colour salwar suit AT010(1)...PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...icoplaintontheir website address also but no repy...

    I received my order on 24th may, i ordered designer model blue gown salwar suit at014, but received pink gown. Which is totally different from what i ordered.

    Please refund my money.

    It's been 20 days i have made complaint but no action taken.

    This seems to be fraud company. I am going to take a court action if my money is not submitted.

      I had ordered a ping gown from their site. I received the confirmation mail. And it got delivered on 18th may. But when i opened the package and checked, it was not at all what i had ordered.
      I have been calling (So many times) the number provided, mailing, posting on their facebook page and filling in the form they have.


      Though they say on their site that they will respond in 24 hours, there has been no no acknowledgement, confirmation or any kind of response whatsoever.

        I have ordered for 109 best selling anjali mahtani pink gown., color :-g pink. My order no :r[protected]
        It cost rs 1690/- but u have sent me the wrong product which is 106 best designer semi stitched lehengha choli., color :- orange
        This cost rs 1000/- the material of this product is very bad quality product., and this is not my product which i have ordered and paid rs 1690/- you have sent me a wrong product which not worth for my money.. Please take back your product and return my money back soon.

          Hi, it is an online shopping website, i ordered a yellow lehenga and they sent a pathetic low quality pink bet suit, i have been trying to reach out to them for past three days over the phone and emails but no response. It's a fraudulent website and needs to be shut down. The advertisement or link comes up on facebook and they show beautiful stuff but that's all fake i guess. Also the number given on the website is also busy. Please help us in resolving this

            i received the order on 17/5/2016, and order dress is completely different from what i actually received .
            this company is just fooling people.
            i want cancelled or replace received dress with correct one.

              I had ordered a black salwar from their site. I received the confirmation mail. And it got delivered on 16th May. But when I opened the package and checked, it was pink and not at all what I had ordered.

              It has been 3 days, and I have no idea what to do.

                I order blue Salwar suits of cost Rs 1250 +120 shipping charges total paid Rs 1370. But received wrong pink colour gown.calling since yesterday as soon as received product. But no one receiving call (lacekart consumer support no. [protected]) get fedup. As well as I mail them but no response .filled return form which shows they will contact us within 24 hrs but no response. Fraud company. Loots the consumers .I see similar complaints face by many people's .requesting forum to take action soon and our full money should get refunded as well as other consumers must not get cheated.

                  I have ordered salwar suits from Lacekart and receive wrong product. Calling since yesterday as soon as product recd but no one receiving calls (Lacekart customer support No.[protected]). I have already put an mail as well as filled Return Form which showing they will contact within 24 hrs but no one respnse. i read similar complaint received of lacekart by you today itself. Requesting forum to take action soon means no one can get cheated as well as we get our money back.

                    I have ordered 113 Anajali Menthani black designer suit but instead of my order I have got the other dress and that dress color, design, material is completely diffrent from that which I have ordered and also the quality of the material is very pathetic. I am trying to call them from last 2 days but no one is picking up the call and not even replying to the mails. I want my money refund.

                      Ordered on 10th may 2016 for enigmatic deep beige classy embroidered saree ss039 and received a dress instead (130 designer model off white colour salwar suit at016). Even when i'm calling the customer care number given, no one is answering the call during the mentioned timings (11am-6pm) since saturday 14th of may 2016 at 4.20 pm as soon as i received the wrong order. I have even sent an email to the costumer care, they haven't responded yet. I would like to have a full refund.

                      Sorry for the wrong info, it's Lacekart.com not lacecart.com.
                      I give a order for blue embroidered suit but company deliver wrong order. This send me a pink gown or other. I don't like that. Both of them cost difference is also. Company deliver a gown that is 900 in their site and which I want blue suit it is 1250+ 120 with shipping charges. Their executive take 1370 total from us. I send many mail to company BT no reply from there.please tell me what I do now. Once problem is also with a company that if they want purchaser open the parcel and check it then no any problems are come and nobody give any complaints. We give order anything and they send anything in packing. That is a rubbish work. I want please refund money or change it send exact order to me

                        I have dropped the mail since the product delivered was with different material than written in description.i dropped a mail after receiving the product bt they did not reply at all we drop a mail daily n even call the cuatomer care.now they say u cannot return or cancel the product there is not even single online shopping where you cannot return product..it has been 15days they are not replying and now saying u can return in only 15days..is it our mistake that u dont reply and you do not have a proper return policy and the management system..how can u loot people in such a way..kindly look into this and please let me know how to move to higher authority if its bot taken at this level..our money is getting wasted..

                          I ordered a dress through lacekart.com of worth RS 1, 799 through order id :116. When I got the dress i found that the quality of the dress is not upto the mark as displayed in the pic and it would not worth atleast RS 500. I have paid 1919 when the dress got delivered to me (1799 + 120(delivery charges)). Because of the poor quality I have decided to return the dress. I have to argue a lot with with the concerned customer care to get the money back. Finally when they returned the money they credited only 1, 550 out of 1799, Saying that they would return only 80% of the dress cost. But nowhere in the website it was mentioned. Additionally I have bear the delivery expenses of 120+120, in total 240 . So totally I had a loss of around Rs 500. I wish you would take proper action against them so that no consumer should face such problem. Meghana
