Klothes Kafe — Worst shopping experience ever

I placed an order ( order no. BTNVR09943) for a dress from KlothesKafe on 5th of January 2017. and i have still not received it(3rd march 2017).
the customer care number(+91 [protected]) given by them on their website is permanently switched off. I want a refund as soon as possible.

and i would suggest anyone and everyone out there to never shop from KlothesKafe.com ever....

Klothes Kafe — Not received my order.given ph no on website coming switched off.not replying mail.

I have ordered 3 clothes on jan 6.merchant order id NNVSG46320 .done my payment online of amt 2199.received mail for successful payment and will receive my order in 10 to 14 days.But till today not received my ordered clothes.on calling given whatsapp no on webste coming switched off.no reply from email id also.

i want my money refunded as they are not responding to my any query and there is no surety of getting my ordered...

Attaching the email conversation between me and Klothes Kafe. I have mailed them multiple times from Dec 18th. On Dec 31st they acknowledged that the product is stuck somewhere and would reach me in 7 days. It didnt reach me and so I mailed them back on Jan 12th, asking them to refund my money. They have stopped replying to my emails. Attaching email conversation.

I have not received my product still. Can you please ask them to cancel it and refund the money to the accound from which I paid.

    I ordered 4 pieces of clothes on December 2015 and made full payment for same from Online shopping website Klotheskafe.com

    I received only 3 pieces of that order, out of which 1 order had that Magnet thing on that, which we generally see when we shop directly from store, it was like stolen from some store.I asked them to return that piece and refund the amount for which I did not received order. I kept following up for 2 months and no direct response and then I asked them to at-least refund the amount for which order was not received. They do not answer e-mails/ whatsapp and reply once in a moonlight and now it is September 2016 and have not received refund amount yet.

      I ordered product (Order id ytpqe85477!) from klotheskafe and got a msg for delivery in 6 days bt i am unable to see product order status and didnt get that dress by now.. Please help me i made my order on 30th may 16. Either deliver my product or i want refund my money.

      After posting a complaint I got my delivery on 11th June 16 but I order 3products ..out of which 1product is still missing..I got the package sealed bt still 1missing (Product name :KKSTAR1(small)).i have made my payment online and still not received proper stuff..I am sending my bill..

          The complaint is for order number rmhnu22829 that was placed on 2nd april, 2016 and was dispatched on 07/04/2016 through courier - aramex. Tracking no. [protected]. It is almost 2 months and i have still not received it. I am very disappointed with the website and will never ever order from this site. And i want my refund back as soon as possible...

          I have placed an order on Klothes Kafe on 19th July and have made online payment. My order number is DKTZ99059.
          I haven't received the order inspite of writing multiple mails. I also tried reaching out to them through help line number which is always switched off.

          I would want the product or my money back.

            I had placed order id enghf21246 they give me tracking num of fedex when i call at fedex customer care num they still dont give any parcel to them. Its about 15 days still not received any product. I want my money refund if its possible. Even that i mail them and give whats app msgs on [protected] they only reply that they have to check it with concern person than still have no conclusion. Please help me through it priyanka dave

              Klotheskafe — Product never received though paid already

              I had placed an order with klotheskafe on april 12th and got an update with them that the product has been dispatched on 13th with aramax, they even provided me the awb number, after 8 days when i still dint receive the parcel, i contacted aramax.                 Klothes Kafe — Not received the product

                Ordered a bag three weeks back. They said it will be delivered within 6 days. When i tried contacting them through text or whatspp messages there was absolutely no response. Call did not go through either. Very poor customer service. Looks like a fraudulent site. Should be banned. Paid rs 650 for the bag. I want a refund asap.

                I ordered 2 bags via online and paid a sum of rs 1148 for 2 bags including shipping charge. I received only one bag and did not recieve the other bag. The seller wasnt properly replying my msgs on this via fb chat. When he replied me after few days. He accepted that one bag was missing and he is sending it. When i asked the shipment id he blocked me from fb page.

                Please help me to get the bag or refund my money 574 rs.
