Attaching the email conversation between me and
Klothes Kafe. I have mailed them multiple times from Dec 18th. On Dec 31st they acknowledged that the product is stuck somewhere and would reach me in 7 days. It didnt reach me and so I mailed them back on Jan 12th, asking them to refund my money. They have stopped replying to my emails. Attaching email conversation.
I have not received my product still. Can you please ask them to cancel it and refund the money to the accound from which I paid.
