Hi, my name is Shakeel Shaikh, I'm holding a loan account number MH[protected] for past 10 years. I have received pathetic services in last 10 years I'm not a happy customer.
I have not received my insurance documents I have been chasing for. I don't know how many letters I have given to them but no one is able to give me my insurance documents in past 10 years.
Now another problem is that my ECS got rejected on 13th Aug as they have changed the method from ECS to NACH without any prior information. I have called Citibank and come to know about it.
Now they will charge me a bounce charges for which I have to travel from Mira Rd to Fort to find the new office which took 1 hour to found last time I have visited the office.
For any reason we have to visit the main office from where I have got the loan. Borivali office is very close to the station and from my location but they can't help.
Being working for BPO it is very difficult to travel so long to get your basic issues sorted out I'm unable to find any phone banking or online solutions which I can use to get these kind of issue sorted out.
The staff at the office are not at all helpful and I feel trapped under the burden of the loan I have taken from GIC.
I won't to get the lower conversion rate but that is also very difficult without going to the main office it can't be done.
I'm very sad about the services provided by GIC.
Hoping to get better services in future until I close the loan.
