Gic Housing Finance — loan subsidy

Dear sir,
I have taken home loan in april 2017 from gic home finance ltd. Jaipur.
There are 2 years passed out but i can't received subsidy in my loan a/c.
Kindly check my subsidy status, pl z tell me what is issue of my subsidy
Received to me, my loan amount tobe very much for me. I a unable to pay for this amount. Plz kindly give my subsidy amount
