Dear mr abhilash I had received an sms from your company to my registered mobile number stating that i am eligible for a home improvement loan on 23.07.2018. Based on the same i had contacted you. You had send me an email on 25.07.2018. Processing fees was paid on 30.07.2018 via cheque no 956209 for rs.2950.00 You had entrusted the file to your subordinate mr. Aswath. It was kept nagging and no clear written communication was given to me till date whether the file is processed or rejected. Its only due to the pleasant earlier experience that i had taken the offer forward. The officer aswath was only communicating vaguely over phone at all times. Emails with requested details were send on 25.10.18, 26.10.2018, 27.10.2018, 29.10.2018 & 31.10.2018. Information was always asked in piece meal. He even requested me over phone to send my income tax filing password on 27.10.2018. I refused to give the same. He requested again and told me that if i give the same he can process the loan by 31.10.2018. Finally i asked him to drop me an email and he obliged. I had send him the details immediately. Another processing fee for rs.3000.00 was demanded on 24.10.2018. Which was paid. Query & resolution requested. 1. What is the status of my loan 2. Is this way a financial institution treat their existing customers. 3. I need the loan to be sanctioned and disbursed by 28.11.2018. 4. If the same is rejected please give me a reason for the delay of 120+ days 5. Return the processing fees and documents collected. Awaiting to hear from you soon. Looking forward for a long standing mutually beneficial association. I have the copy and proof of all the communication till date. Regards Fazil. A.
