This is in regards to one of the Rude and unprofessional behavior i have faced on call while talking to one of your employee from fort branch today. my name is Nitesh Ramchandra Bagul Loan Number- MH[protected].
I have been calling since last 2-3 weeks for the inquiry of Insurance cerificate and Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana details but i have not received any proper and accurate response on the same. whenever i call on reception landline number of GIC housing finance phone always goes on ringing.
Today i spoke to one of your employee Aparna From Fort Branch and she was very rude and unprofessional on the call. when i asked her about incomplete details which she had given in the past for Aawas yojana then she started arguing and said she has other works to do also. she said she doesnt have that much time to entertain people and if i dont keep the phone then she will hang up on me or she will disconnect the line and finally she disconnected the call.
I am really unhappy with the service which is being provided to all the customers and i am sure there must be other customers also who must be going through same situation but they may not be able to highlight the same thinking there would be nothing that can happen and things cant be changed.
i have recorded all the conversation with employee (Aparna - Fort Branch)
i wish i could put this on social media and make people aware that how they are being cheated and treated. GIC need to understand that they are here because of customers. so treat customers well they will treat you better.
Hope some can action can be taken for the same and get these issue highlighted. hope to get a reply from you soon.
