I stay in Singapore and ordered well in advance flowers for my mother who is in India to be delivered on 10th may on Mother's day. Flowers were not delivered on 10th May 2015.Mohit from this service company writes to me that they will deliver on 12th may with apology letter. What a unprofessional attitude from Mohit

I agree cause I faced the same issue.I placed order of FRESH ladoos for my Dad in India. GiftstoIndia sent BAD SMELLING LADOOS. I complained within 24 hours as My Dad could not eat them. They sent the delivery boy over to my Dads house who ate the Ladoos and told my Dad they were bad and will call you up his company. He never came back. I then took it up with GiftstoIndia who informed me that the delivery boy stated that the Ladoos were FRESH. Instead of believing the customer (who paid the money), they believed the delivery boy ! They REJECTED my plea and blamed us (the customer). I would not lie for $13 - The gift sent to DAd was truly smelling and not edible.
I am amazed that they are not replying my calls or emails.

Stay away from these con artists.Overpriced and misleading.Do not trust them

Need more customers who have been conned to come out and publicise the scams practised by these crooks.

I was very much upset with their service, I ordered some flowers & cake with these guys and one day before the delivery they were asking me to pay extra 500+ as they don't have base who can provide the specific order which I ordered.They were simply blackmailing the customer.I dont think they have any professional ethics.

Yes they put fotographs of something and deliver something else. I agree that photographs are just representative but the quality of products varies so significantly from what they project and what they deliver.
They are big cheats!

I also felt bad when as an NRI they cheated me when I had sent a gift to my nephew.
They take advantage of the fact that NRIs cant sue them!

Hi All,

I had order watch, chocolate and flower for my fiance from this website.

They deliver some local chocoloate..and on the site they displayed ferror rocher.
THey didn't deliver watch and I had to call them and fight with them.

They Agreed on paying money back for the watch but I haven't got money till today.

Its been almost 6 mons.

Dont trust these guys...They dont have ethics.

I have tried to order Taj food vouchers [categorize under Gift Vouchers) for my parents and when I tried to make a payment and there it goes... I was not able to pay the amount with ANY of my credit cards. I've tried visa, master, discover (which was listed in their accepted credit cards but not surprisingly in the table, while making actual payment), Amex.

And then someone called from customer service and makes things more complicated by saying that their system DOESN'T ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL credit cards (I wonder why the hell are they doing business then with overseas customer???!!!) and I must create Paypal account to make a payment.

I said OK... let's just try it and voila... it didn't accept the discount code now... so I contacted customer service through chat and after wasting about 30 minutes all they were able to say is PAYPAL SITE MIGHT BE TOO BUSY TRY TO MAKE PAYMENT LATER... I think one thing they should know before giving such stupid reason is the customer whom they are talking to might be in a technology field and know better than them, so YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL THE CUSTOMERS WITH SILLY EXCUSES.

And once your order is stored in their system, unless you make a payment there's no easy way to cancel it, so be prepared to receive annoying calls from customer service who claims to make things easier for you and end-up making worse.

I think they should remove crap like 'Delivering Emotions not Gifts !' from their website.


Finally sent Taj food vouchers from other site ahmedabadcity.com and things go zip-zap-zoom and way easier.

Completely Fraud and disappointing!!

I ordered Flower and Fruits basket.The order was exactly something like this "Basket arrangement of 6 Yellow Gerberas with seasonal fruits like 1/2 Kg. Pear, 1/2 Kg. Apples, 1/2 Kg. Kiwis, 6 Pcs. Oranges."


Guess what did they sent? 1kg FRUITS ONLY with spoils peaches !!! WTF!! And it cost me Rs.895.00. So, i didn't hesitate to put a complained to them and ask to redelivery what i hv purchased...they called me and negotiate that they will send Flower + 1kg of fruits...

After all those complained, again guess what did they delivered? Those Garberas turn to 6 Rose instead!! Hoi Owner of GiftstoIndia24x7, i'm not stupid, i know the prices of flowers!!! Rose are much more cheaper than Garberas! How dare they change from Garberas to Rose without telling me despite i have complained. Well, I'm here to advise, to those people out there that planning to order from this website, forget about it!! They are just making money and good in presentation.

1. I ordered Black forest cake, what was delivered was a simple chocolate cake.
2. Ordered 1KG Cake. But delivered was half kg
3. No communication made to me by email or phone that they are out of stock. But their system shows that they have communicated to me. That's funny.

4. When I send email to them, they replied that they are out of stock. In fact they are ordering cakes through local bakery. We called the local bakery and they have stock. This is still interesting.

5. Ordered cake for Rs. 900/- the cake delivered not even worth of Rs. 200/-. This is simply cheating...

6. Then they replied back telling me that due to climatic conditions they changed.. i have all their stupid emails with me with nonsense reasons.
ULTIMATELY WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGEY with this site..

Very very bad service. I ordered Rakhi on Jul 31st and they said it will reach to location before Aug 5. But it reached after Aug 11. Contacted customer care and they are saying we don't commit date. then why on mail they said it would reach by Aug 5. Quality of product was also not as good as it was expected. Rakhi arrived after Raksha bandhan. Wasted my whole money. Never never go with this bad service company.

I would give them Zero stars.
They have messed my orders, the last one they shipped the gift without my consent and when asked for a picture was not available and given a CCTV image from far.
By far the worse customer service, no courtesy, no solutions and no concern. no follow up call was done to even check on the order. Cake the message was wrong, the item was not the one I chose.
The manager in unprofessional, asking me what should be done for the shipment instead of a solution given.
The website - stock is not updated, also worse delivery never on the date you instruct!

I came across this complaint when I wanted to send Gifts to India and searched for GiftstoIndia24x7. I have tried this company in the past also and have had all the deliveries done excellently. I do not know but even the complain is not expressive enough in what the problem was and seems more of a competitor targetting in bad taste.

I also recommend strongly not to book any orders on this site, its a complete fraud site. I had to choose this site in a hurry in last moment and i am still waiting for my order to be delivered, i just hope it gets delivered ever. never ever use this site to send anything

Please do NOT use giftstoindia24x7.com !! I sent a cake for the first birthday of our newest family member but these frauds did not deliver the cake. The cake cost me $40.00. I actually trusted them to deliver cake and gifts and had been using them to deliver cakes to a couple of my sponsored kids at Udavum Karangal the past couple of years but I am realizing now that those cakes may not have been delivered either. What a bunch of crooks! Please stay away from these guys. Also, I am in the process of reporting these guys to the Indian authorities.

This is a valid complaint and in my case the delivery was partial and not complete. All the items ordered were not delivered and no money back was given.
