I placed a order for diwalI. it was meant to be delivered the same day if it was placed before a certain time which I did. I made a payment and waited for item to be delivered. i received a email asking to pay for delivery but the site isn't accepting any card payments . until now my item hasn't been delivered and I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and no one has a answer I have requested a refund and it's stlll pending

I ordered a watch worth 1832, did not receive any msg or mail from them.when asking customer care they will tell it will be dispatched but that day never came.Its really disgusting that they are cheating innocent people.They should be handed over to the police department.I want to file a legal complaint against them.
