I order on 08/11/2015 gifts is still its not delivered

I raised a complaint on 22/11/2015 still no resolution

My sister called them and they were of no help

They have debited funds asap

On 23/11/15 they are sending message to recipient to call and the number they have provided is unavailable

This is such a shame we can't trust our own country.I am glad I am overseas.

I am hoping this will be looked at, please save consumers from such Fraud companies.

Thank you for looking into the comaplint.
Apparently, the website is gifts-to-India Order number HGTI[protected]
This website steal money from people overseas. Can someone please stop this company to bring disgrace to our nation and bring bad name to our country.
I was reluctant to use Indian online shopping website and they have definiteley have made very clear that most of them are fraud.

Can someone please help me get my money back, as per their website they have offices in Delhi and Kolkata.
