I have complained many times that I took subscription of thinkright.me 4years by mistake...and they are saying, once it is done it cannot be cancelled...plz help me with this...what would I do with 4years subscription...plz return back my vouchers

    I have forgotten the password for my gift voucher. I cannot reset my password by clicking of "forgot password" option as the password reset email will not come to my inbox as i have registered with my official email address.

    Request you to please help me out in resetting my password. Else please reset the password from your end.

      I am not able to use my Gift Card of GiftXoxo on Amazon. I was awarded a gift card from giftxoxo worth RS 1000.
      I added it to my Amazon account which is shown in Amazon statement. But those amount is not added in to balance of amazon. I talked with the issuer shown in screenshot as well, they told me gift is not activated. Please help to resolve this.

        Hi,
        I have bought six Lifestyle e-Gift vouchers, each Rs.500/- worth, from Giftxoxo.com. One order ID 455633 among. I have received e-Gift voucher details including expiry date 23-Dec-2015 by SMS message and not to my registered mail ID. While putting order, it was mentioned details in order page that the expiry of e-Gift card will be 12 months from date of purchase.

        So it is strange that as i have mentioned actual expiry date then i have got only 10 months duration to keep the e-Gift voucher.
        Please raise this concern to this merchant and bring them into consumer court for loosing around 2 months validity.

        Giftxoxo Customer Care's response         Dear Customer, As spoke to you over the call, We request you to use the voucher codes, if you fails to use the same even after 10 months also, We will extend the validity for 2 months. Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Hope your query is resolved.

          Giftxoxo took money from my Mobikwik Wallet for the Order no 402025 illegally. But they lie that they have delivered the order. I have attached the proof from my Mobikwik account. Most probably person from Giftxoxo should have done this. They have a policy that any body even without a Giftxoxo can make a purchase. They should have done this because there is no proper record on Giftxoxo side. High level authorities at Giftxoxo should probe this order number 402025 to find the truth.

          We have gone through your provided order details. We have found that this order id "402025" was placed by email id :- [protected]@gmail.com which was successfully delivered to the same id.

          We have checked that it was paid via MobiKwik wallet using the wallet account "[protected]@yahoo.com". Once we have received the payment then only we had proceed further.

          Hi,

          I thought the expiry period for the giftxoxo coupons is 1 year. But it got expired before. I have Rs 12000 worth of eGift coupons expired.
          Request the help on this from Giftxoxo.
