Girias — delivered damaged refrigerator. When I requested to replace, asking extra money

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Narayanaswamy M residing at #1171, 26th main, Jayanagar, 9th block east end. On 4-july-2015 Paid 17000 for Refrigerator (Godrej RD edge pro 190 pds 6.2) and Sterilizer (vg 50) at GIRIYAS bannerghatta road near shoppers stop. They delivered damaged refrigerator on Sunday (05-july-2015) . Immediatly i called giriyas showroom representative, he told he will replace soon. Today (06-july-2015) Mr.Narasimha Giriyas Bannerghatta road called and asking me to pay extra money for replacement otherwise he is telling me to come to show room with defected part and get new one. even My friend also bought same product, his refrigerator door came out.
