I purchased Fridge, washing Machine and AC from Keelkattalai chennai branch. Of which Fridge and Washing machine are taken in a exchange offer . Almost one week passed away, nobody turned up till today to take back the old products. What the Bull management you are running. What the bloody management is doing i don't know. Today Irresponsible customer service . The total team is irresponsible, especially the manager involved in this purchase is Mr.Joel. If it is not taken taken back, i am going to lodge a police compliant against the responsible team.
