    Hi,
    Im kirubakaran, i bought a Havells fresco 32 Litres air cooler in girias showroom on 15th March 2023.
    When i open the product it's looks very dirty and it's looks used one, it is already unpacked and repacked, few items are missing and damaged also (I've attached invoice and images for ur reference) when technician came for demo he is also agreed it's not fresh product.

    Then I contact Store staff (sakthi vel) regarding the issue and for the replacement of product(16th March 2023). After lots of conversation he's also agreed it's unpacked product and they ready for exchange.
    When i went to showroom for exchange they're took back that Air cooler and invoice and they said will let u know when the replacement product will reach but they're not providing any proper documents for exchange and there is response including store manager. Then they gave me a Xerox of invoice with seal and signature only after i forced but it's not a proper document.

    I'm worried about whether they'll be deliver the product or not.

    So please help me to get the product with good condition ASAP

    Cool pump is missing
    Auto drain tupe missing
    Manual regulator got damaged
    Wheels are damaged
    Entire product looks so dirty

      Voltas AC

      Hello,
      I am Karthick and i bought a Voltas AC as per attached invoice details from Girias
      - Keelkatalai dated 20th Feb.
      When the Voltas technician came to fix the AC it was noticed that there are some issues with the product delivered like it is already unpacked and repacked, few items inside were damaged and missing.(ex photos attached)

      In this regard I have contacted Girias to replace the product, however...

      TV stabilizer not provided as promised

      I recently bought Samsung 65QN90B TV for 1, 85, 000 which was delivered to me on (19-Jan-23).
      The Girias store manager agreed to give me 6 amps TV Stabilizer for free. However the Stabilizer
      was not delivered to me along with my TV which was delivered on 19-Jan-23, when I called and checked
      the manager he told me he was on leave for his birthday and I can collect the stabilizer after two days,

      I recently bought Samsung 65QN90B TV for 1, 85, 000 which was delivered to me on (19-Jan-23). The Girias store manager agreed to give me 6 amps TV Stabilizer for free. However the Stabilizer was not delivered to me along with my TV which was delivered on 19-Jan-23, when I called and checked the manager he told me he was on leave for his birthday and I can collect the stabilizer after two days, yesterday when I contacted the salesman (Masilamani), I was told that the stabilizer cannot be provided now. Request you to please look into the same and provide me the stabilizer as promised by the stores manager. They are trying to fool people with fake promises before buying once its sold they are not keeping up their words.

              I bought the Oneplus 55-inch U series TV on 22nd November in the GIRIAS Pondicherry Store. They delivered on 23rd November. The product was software issues. I have complained to the Girias store. They provided the replacement Tv on 26th November. Again, the Tv has green lines and display issues. I have raised the complaint in the store. They took three days without taking any action. I have asked for a refund but the girias store is not provided any refund. Can you please help me to get a refund from the girias store? I have spent the last week regarding this Tv Issue. I am very much mentally disturbed through the action of Girias store. Please extend your help to resolve the issue sir.

                I have booked the samasan frige on 24th oct 2022 promised that it will get delivered with in 2 today's.. After several follow up they have tried to deliver damage peace on 30th oct 2022 I have refused to accept that and once again thay have promised to deliver the frige on 1st nov 2022 till 4pm no one has turned to me.. When I was asked regarding the fridge thay are not responding .. I have decided to cancel the product and they are not ready to refund my money

                  Dear Sir

                  i purchased 7Kg washing machine on 4th Sep 2022 from Gerais electronic city phase -1, and very Next day the product is delivered in evening. But 4 days gone still installation not happen. After lot of follow-up and call finally they send the engineer late night 10pm for installation. But when the engineer open the box there is a dent on the machine. For which i already inform the respective store and also inform Vishwa the store manager.
                  The service from the store is very poor and the responsibly also less. at list the inform to the customer if any delay. As per my knowledge after delivery of items with in 24hr, the installation should happen. but including today 120hr gone but no movement. Its seems very poor service . Hence fourth i never recommend any one to take from girias.

                    It's not been 6 months we bought TV from Giriyas showroom Pondicherry. We can see the visible grid lines on the display while playing on the screen. We raised complaint multiple times to the showroom. We are not getting any proper response from the team.

                      Today I have purchased the above product at Girias Investment P, Ltd, Theni, Tamil Nadu. The above product MRP price is Rs.805.00/_ but your shop has billed for Rs. 893.57/-. They are informing Rs.2042 MRP price bajaj MX35N IRON BOX is Rs.3600/- . Salesman are also cheating and manager also agree for that cheating, worst ever shop I have visited, it is cheating people's. Money, Hereafter never visit your and never advise anybody to your shop. We need a solution to this and otherwise will move further proceedings

                        I, S.Raja Pandian Purchased- 5 Hitachi Air Conditioners from your Dealer Store- Giriyas, Located at Melai masi Street Madurai on Date:[protected], Invoice No: CS/MDU/30897

                        My Complaint.

                        A, Start: Unfortunately I trusted GIRIAS chain of stores, to purchase the said A/C’S and the Blunder we made was, that we got convinced by the sales team of GIRIAS to buy HITACHI A/C’S, as the Sales team guaranteed that it offers the best quality, durability and best after sale Services.

                        B, Reality: within two days of Purchase Two out of 5 A/C’ were not working, Only After repeated request they were replaced.

                        C, Current Situation: Out Of the originally Bought 5 A/C’s Two more AC’S are not in a working state. Pls note all the A/C is under warranty

                        D, Request For Replacement: From 2 months my Family Members are constantly requesting, reminding the team of GIRIAS to replace such Faulty A/C’S, but all in vain. The Giriya’s store Manager Mr.Bala has constantly been giving fake promises about exchanging today, tomorrow and so on . He says I have got the confirmation about the replacement from Hitachi but the company has not delivered the unit.

                        E, Complaint: I had purchased the Said A/C’S for Parents, who are Senior Citizens, I purchased in bulk only Hitachi Brand of A/C’S, only From GIRIAS Store for my parents residence, believing that I am gifting them best brand from a reliable store, however reality is completely different after spending lakhs of rupees I have bought only your unprofessional ignorance to our grievances, No proper response, delaying/avoiding tactics by your team and harassment to my aged parents.

                        F, Course Of Action: As your paying customer I refuse to be played by your delaying tactics and unprofessional customer service. I am tired of your (GIRIAS/HITACHI) teams dodging attitude. I hereby inform you, that if your team’s don’t provide the Said AC’S replacement mentioned in the clause C, then I shall take my complaint on every possible Digital & Media platform and shall also pursue all legal options present before me because I refuse to be tortured & ignored by your so called multi Chain of Stores & MNC Brand.

                          I have bought the Whirlpool fridge(340L) from GIRIAS on 02 Jul'22 at Karur. After the full payment it was confirmed over the phone that they will send the fresh piece from the warehouse(godown) but still they delivered the displayed piece which was like a used one. During the Demo we got to know that this was the displayed one. So we approached and after a long discussion they accepted finally and agreed to replace with a brand new one. Still that has not happened after 10 days and now the sales person speaks differently and bit rudely. Saying like you listen to us first and there is no hard rule that we should not send the display piece and all.

                              I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine on girias tirunelveli on the year 2021.. but now the washing machine has some problem.. I want to register to complaint on Whirlpool service .. they ask bill.. but the bill was missed .. afterthat i asked girias tirunelveli to get my bill duplicate copy .. they told there is no way to take a copy...he says After 14 days the bill details erased automatically from system.. is this possible .. I think girias always fooled their customers..if it's erased automatically how can they filled gst

                                  Has issue with tv remote - from May 2022
                                  Complaint raised with GIRIAS on - 24 may 2022

                                  I was informed by the GIRIAS team that they would reach the Haier service center and get back to me within 2 working days. I raised complant on 24 may 2022. I waited till today (10 June 2022) with no response. Hence I contacted Haier customer care. And now I came to know that my warranty got expired on 3rd June.
                                  Since I raised complaint in May month with GIRIAS I'm not ready to accept this. So I contacted GIRIAS back today. But the response received was very harsh.

                                  They says that "no company will give warranty for tv remote, you cannot question us by speaking to someone else from the customer care" which was very rude. Now I'm unable to handle it.

                                  I want this to be sorted.

                                  I don't know name of the person who spoke to me v rude on call. However post conversation with Helen Kumari I spoke to him. She is the one who gave the phone to him. So definitely she would know with whom I talked with.

                                    The spin option doesn't work as it says un-balanced all the time. The wash works fine though. Just that after rinse the spin errors out and does not proceed further. So, we had to manually dry the clothes.
