We have purchased a new refrigerator of LG make from Khosla Electronics flagship store vide invoice no: K[protected]/0422 dated 08.04.2024. During the sales promotion we informed the sales person Mr. Niloy Chatterjee (Mob No:[protected]) that we want to exchange old double door Kelvinator make refrigerator against the purchase of the new one. He informed us that we will be receiving Rs. 1500 as exchange money in cash during the deliver from the delivery person. During the delivery when we asked the delivery person to pick up the old refrigerator and provide us the cash against the same he refused and told that it is not mentioned in the invoice. And then he called the Store Manager and the manager instructed them to pick my old refrigerator against a hand note as the proof of receipt and also told us to visit the store with that hand note to collect the cash. But when I visited the store on 12.04.2024 with that hand note and met with the Store Manager he completely denied the incident and later called the Sales Person Mr. Niloy to take care of the issue. Mr. Niloy along with the accounts person ensured that we will be receiving money within next 3 days. But in the next 3 days we didn't received the money hence I called Mr Niloy again and he reassured that we will receive the same in another 4 days. But still the result was same and we haven't received the money yet. We want to get back Rs.1500 as the exchange value of our old refrigerator and so also Rs. 1000 extra as a charge of harassments caused by the company.

    Sir I purchased a Samsung washing machine from khosla electronics barasat champadali branch on 08/04/2024. Delivered date was given on 14/04/2024 but not yet delivered .the manager of champadali branch everyday gives me fake assurance to delivered my washing machine.       I have purchased air conditioner (daikin) amounting rs. 61400 from khosla electronics pvt limited siliguri and the installation was done at night and the executive defaulted the pipe of the ac. And the ac stopped working after just 1 day since then we are following up the sales executive and he is not solving our problem since 1 month.They say that they cant help if anything happen after instllation. We want our problem to be solved and they exchange our ac.

        After the delivery of the product, I have been constantly connecting the store for installation and it has been more than a week the AC has not been installed yet. Also the salesperson have talked to me in a very bad manner shouting that he is not available to listen to customer stories and that he has 1000s of customer like me. He has still not been able to book a technician visit for me.
        All of this happened in Khosla - Dalhousie branch.

          My name is Manoj Kumar Paul, I have purchased a samsung sound bar through bajaj mall app from my bajaj emi card which was delivered by khosla electronics.

          I have received the product on 29/4/23 and today 30/4/23 service engineer from samsung came for installation and found the product I have received is faulty there is no power coming in the sound bar.

          Samsung engineer also tried to contact dealer but they were very rude not ready to replace the product.

          I am in a very pathetic situation, after sales support khosla is very pathetic no one from khosla wants to attend me now also the number which is mentioned in the bajaj app is always switched off and somehow i managed to get one person number who os from khosla head office but he spoke very rudely with me when i tried to report a complaint.           I am going to launch complaint regarding the same to consumer forum now.

            I, Sonali dutta residing at agarpara have purchased as ac from khosla electronics on 16th April 2023 which was supposed to get deliver within four days but somehow it delivered after six days.i visited your sodepur branch, one of your employe rishab attended me and said that ac installations will be close or monday to Tuesday but no one came so I again contacted risab([protected]), but now he is saying that you have to book for installations which was not informed me earlier.due to scrothing heat and having a patient in my family.i have decided to buy the ac from you.but I was misguided.How come a big company like khosla treat their customers like this.who will take the responsibility of something happens to my family member.kindly look into this matter asap.

              It is regret to inform you that we bought an AC on 15/04/23 from Garia, Khosla electronics and they promised to deliver it within 03 to 05 working days but they failed to deliver it. We visited the shop and ask for the same. They again promised to deliver the same on 23/04/23 by night positively. But they again failed to do so. On good faith I went to your shop and bought the same but your reputation is downworth. Please look into the matter. I am attaching the invoice for your reference.

                I brought a Daikin ac last Sunday(16/04/23) at Madhyamgram outlet...
                But they delivered this product Friday(21/04/23) with extra 500/- rupees delivery charge.. When I went to the showroom they commitment me that ac will delivered within 3days after booking..and installation the next day of delivery. Till now they could not send any installation man.. They r give me very pathetic service. My executive name is Amit Ghosh. If today my ac installation not done I will be refund my ac to the showroom tomorrow... My father is a strock patient and paralyzed.. In this condition I need this product as soon as possible..

                    During the purchase #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES committed:

                    1) Free installation on next day of delivery,

                    2) Fee exchange if defective and 2 years warranty

                    Product delivered on[protected], but no person came for installation on[protected] till evening. Then I called #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES but no reply received. At last I called to Voltas customer care and came to know that they did not have intimation regarding installation of the product from #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES.

                    Voltas technician visited my house on[protected] and detected that #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES delivered damage washing machine, same was mentioned on call report by voltas . The technician verbally told by pima facie the washing machine seems “display wala” delivered to you.

                    While I contacted #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES: Soumyajit Sharma([protected]), Partho ( Manager) : Only one reply I have received “ Once product sold from #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES, #KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORST EXPERIENCES discards responsibility, you must co-ordinate with Voltas, neither product will be exchanged nor replaced”. While I called customer care of #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES ([protected]) I received standard reply contact to Khosla Electronics Beckbagan, 37 Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata:7000025.

                    The washing machine is still idly lying in my hall.

                    So #KHOSLAELECTRONICS PVT LTD #WORSTEXPERIENCES is established as “ Broker/ Middle man”

                      I have purchased a TV of KGA brand on 17th December from Uttarpara khosla Electronics. Sales man Was Mr Avijit sur .several times asked him for android TV.he provided an old version TV which have no updated system.
                      I m using my current TV of MI brand .already told him all the features. Still Mr Avijit has given me this TV.such type lier sales person pulling down the company brand.
                      I want that tv return back.

                        The company has no whatsoever respect for its customers.. first they say that the delivery will be given at a specific time but it turns out that the customer has to wait right from the morning till 7pm. And delivery is only given at the last hour. I'm fed up with the company's policy ..
                        Shame on you all. Each time u call up the electronic center they only say that their men have left for the delivery. But the customer has to wait right till 7pm...
                        I made a mistake in buying things from this stupid center. Moreover the staff are also irresponsible, as they have given me a different colour and model washing machine inspite of saying choosing the colour at the shop they still gave the wrong one.

                        Shame on khosla.

                          Hello Sir,
                          Myself Sakya Saha.
                          I am lodging this complaint against Khosla Electronics, Ultadanga Showroom, Kolkata.
                          Showroom address: 190/1 Ultadanga Main Road, Ultadanga, Kolkata 700067.

                          Order no : K[protected]/03335, Order date: 23/10/2022
                          Invoice no : K[protected]/03267, Invoice date: 24/10/2022
                          Date of delivery : 24/10/2022 by Khosla.
                          On 26/10/2022 the technician from Kent came to install the product. When he opened the sealed pack (exactly from where the deliveryman of Khosla kept the product) and just started assembling the parts, the technician noticed that the most important spare "Main Elbow Pipe" of the product was completely broken and lying down inside the unit. Instantly he has shown me since I was standing in front of the technician. He also told me to change the unit because if it gets repaired then problems may occur repeatedly in future. More than that no question of compromise arises by repairing the newly purchased product from my end. Hence I want the total replacement of the product. Accordingly since then I had been talking with the sales executive to resolve the matter. He told me on 26/10/2022 that he mailed the authority regarding this matter and suggested that I should wait for 2 days. When I followed him up lastly, he told me that no reply of mail has been received yet. Accordingly I am lodging this complaint against 'Khosla Electronics, Ultadanga, Kolkata' and requesting the competent authority to take necessary action against the aforesaid dealer so that they will change the product as early as possible since 3 days have passed away and the product is very urgent for me as far as the drinking water is concerned.

                              My father [Asish Kumar Ghosh] had purchased extended warranty for 2 years on a new Godrej Eon Refrigerator from Khosla Electronics Kanchrapara om 31/12/2021. The warranty money was taken by the authorised signatory of Khosla on the same day.
                              Now, when the mentioned fridge has fallen out of order since last 2 weeks, no technician is turning up . Sometimes they say its is an issue with Bajaj Finserv, sometimes quite not sure of the reference. Being a genuine aged customer, my father is having to go through unnecessary hassle and troubles with no service even after paying the amount.
                              Please look into this matter with utmost urgency and let us know if any escalations will be needed for immediate resolution, will need to reach out to higher delegated across the consumer forum.

                              There has no updates ever since I raised this, I'm having to face unnecessary hassle. Can someone turn up real quick with a resolution pleas?

                                I purchased A 1 Ton Hitachi AC from Khosla Electronics, Batanagar, Maheshtala on 12/04/2022 with invoice number K[protected]/00465. Installed on 14/04/2022. Since then the AC was not functioning properly and was spraying water from it which damaged the walls of the room and risked of causing a short circuit. I repeatedly contacted the shop to look after the problem. Since then the installer or service centre personnel visited my house several times but, couldn’t resolve the problem.
                                Now, today they again visited my house and told that both the indoor and outdoor units are defective. They will take the units to their service centre and will try to rectify the actual issue, if not, both the units will be replaced.
                                Now, the scorching Summer is going to get over and I didn’t get a single days service from the AC. Necessary bills and screenshots of sms are enclosed.
                                Moreover, the installers destroyed our walls by drilling unnecessary holes. And we have to get them repaired otherwise rainwater might enter through them.
                                Due to the wrong doings on the part of seller and installer, I didn’t get the service of the AC and also have been suffering from tremendous mental trauma. I request the honourable forum to look in my issue and also arrange compensation to the tune of ₹20000 from the concerned defaulter.

On the day of the purchase I was told by the salesman Bappa Mondal that the product includes full 5 years warranty with gas charge and 10 years warranty on compressor but on the day of delivery I found out that it only has 1year standard warranty and 5 years on compressor just like other ACs.                                     I have purchased a cooler, USHA DESERT COOLER BUDDY 45BD1 WHITE on the date of 26/04/2022 from Baguiati Showroom. After purchasing they have promised me to deliver the product within the same day. But after 3days they haven't delivered the product yet.
                                    Whenever I contacted with them they told me that they will deliver it shorty. At the time of selling they pretend to be a good person but after getting money they show their real face. Only money matters to them not the customer satisfaction. They don't ever properly cooperate with customers over the phone.
