On 16th May 2026, I purchased a Eureka Fobres Water purifier Model Aquaguard Enrich Superio RO+UV+SS 2X. Unfortunately, that product found leakage from tank, while checked by Eureka Fobres experts. I have purchased an Air Conditioner from Khosla Electronics, Garia Branch. On the day of the purchase I was told by the salesman Bappa Mondal that the product includes full 5 years warranty with gas charge and 10 years warranty on compressor but on the day of delivery I found out that it only has 1year standard warranty and 5 years on compressor just like other ACs. I personally visited your Chinsurah, W.B. showroom and met with your salesman Mr. Achintya Dey for purchasing new AC. During discussion, Mr. Dey offered Rs. 34, 000/- for new AC. I purchased a LG C1 OLED 55" from Khosla Electronics Kanchrapara branch on 17/08/21 and it was delivered on 02/09/21 and installed on 04/09/21. During the installation process I asked the service engineer to show me the power on time but he told me it was not possible to see. This is to bring into your notice with great deplore that i purchase one voltas AC Machine 1 ton from your Hazra, Kolkata showroom on 28th April, 21. but didn't deliver the AC machine on 28th despite several followups till 11.30 in the night.
They even not bothered to deliver it on next 3 days day till the time i reached the showroom in the evening at around 6.30 pm. Then delivery 3rd may, 21.

They told me to contact in showroom. I called them and visit several times in the showroom, they only give excuse that u will recv by tomorrrw etc etc. Bt it was almost 1 week.
