Girias India Investment — Damaged Fridge Delivery Show Room Manager And Staffs Worst Behaviour, Bill Cheating

I am purchasing lg 516 Litres Double Door Frost Free Refrigerator With Hygiene Fresh+™, Tiruppur giriyas showroom as on date24.05.2020.Bajaj finance I will apply Amount final by Rs.61000.Butterfly induction is free told by manager but bill is added induction stove amount.All process are finished but damage piece has been deleiverd, I am told all staff’s and managers regional manager Sandeep sir than showroom manager Vijayakumar call to me and told 29.05.2020 Friday u will receive new fridge.But 28.05.2020 staff call to me and says ur fridge is ready now I will come and delivered sir I am so happy.But he is deleivered another damaged piece.I told manager it’s not good sir pls change it.The manager says I don’t change the fridge u will go to consumer court.So I want to resolve this and I want new fridge only fresh packing fridge.All showroom staffs are worst behaviour including lady staff’s.
