Girias India Investment — Misguided and forced on Mogappair Chennai Girias Staffs

Dear all,

I have been an interest to buy a new Sony X75 android TV at Mogappair Girias - Chennai branch. I was seriously searched the same TV features and updates on YouTube and other websites as well. When I have been on 31st of January 2022 at Mogappair Girias branch then the decision were changed to LG TV (7790PTA) which is not decided by me.

They were misguided me with that LG TV feature and informed me that the same LG TV is new model. After purchase only that I came to know the same LG tv is older version model.

Their true intention is not to buy Sony TV's and just sale and move the older LG TV models to customers.

I was really disappointed about their customer handling service. The sales executive Mr. Selvam was informed me that the same LG TV had the feature of Fairfield microphone. But After the purchase only that I came to know that the same feature is not inbuilt with that LG TV. He lied with me on that day.

I have been lost my money and asked to cancel and replace the product with Sony X75. But they were not agreed. I have been cheated by those people (Mr Selvam and sales manager) who were on that branch.

Personally I am really disappointed, worried and still thinking about that incident happened on me.
