I had ordered for a mi4 smart band but they sent me some fake m4 band.
I'm trying to return it but no one answers the call plus no one calls even after filling a form on their website.
I made a cash on delivery and want a refund for the rs.1200 paid.
Please assist with this complaint and cancel such fraudsters license.
Just feel cheated and makes you lose faith in online shopping

I had ordered Mi smart band 4 which was delivered two days back, but the product is fake, and it is not working. The contact number in your website is not picking up the call, Your support team is not responding the mails.
Please do the Refund and take the product in return. The order number is #GMB-10155.
