Horrendous Customer Support. When you follow up on a issue no body responds to your email and they will insist that you email them issue for ages even if your complain is email is not being looked into. Customer Reps would hang-up phone on you if you want to follow up directly. And the quality of the delivered products is usually seems like Refurbished /Used ones in torn packages. Dont be surprised if you get a non working piece.. Got better treatment from future bazaar, rediff shopping, india times. Gizmo Bazaar has been the BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
