I had ordered for a mi4 smart band but they sent me some fake m4 band.
I'm trying to return it but no one answers the call plus no one calls even after filling a form on their website.
I made a cash on delivery and want a refund for the rs.1200 paid.
Please assist with this complaint and cancel such fraudsters license.
Just feel cheated and makes you lose faith in online shopping...

I have ordered mi smart band 4, and paid amount of rs1199/-, but they sent wrong product which is fake one and not working, regard the same i called multiple time but no one is picking up the call and emails also un answered, please take this complaint and resolve it asap, and save other customers as well, looks like these guys are cheating to lot of customers in daily basis...

I ordered the mi airdots from gizmo bazaar and they were fake. They are not responding to my emails and i dont have any other ways of contacting them. I have been scammed please someone help me. Beware of these sites they scam you. I know that they are 100% faje because i have seen all the reviews on the net and the difference between real and fake ones and they all point out the fact that these are fake....

Horrendous Customer Support. When you follow up on a issue no body responds to your email and they will insist that you email them issue for ages even if your complain is email is not being looked into. Customer Reps would hang-up phone on you if you want to follow up directly.

And the quality of the delivered products is usually seems like Refurbished /Used ones in torn packages. Dont be surprised if you get a non working...
