I have ordered mi smart band 4, and paid amount of rs1199/-, but they sent wrong product which is fake one and not working, regard the same i called multiple time but no one is picking up the call and emails also un answered, please take this complaint and resolve it asap, and save other customers as well, looks like these guys are cheating to lot of customers in daily basis Was this information helpful? | 
i tried to contact them by mail and by calling them but they are not responding please resolve this problem.
