new chimney installation delay

I bought a chimney from Glen on 22 April 2018 i.e. two months ago.For the installation process I phone called the service center many times but they always had pretexts and told me they would come soon. but afterwards they were not receiving my calls, switched off their phones and thus not responding to my calls at all.
My new house's shifting is being delayed by your responsible staffs in Varanasi.
therefore, please have concern...

I have lodged a complaint about nonfunctioning of my house chimney on[protected] at delhi and faridabad number, but even after several telephone calls they are not resolving the problem. There is same excuse given that they will do it today. Its a shameful behavior from the glen company. I will never purchase anything from this company or suggest anybody purchase any product from this company. This is an eye-opener for me. It is pathetic not to attend the call even product is under warranty (Purchase date is[protected]

      Dear sir/madam,

      We have purchased glen 4 burner gas stove model gl 1048gt fbb mirror on[protected] from sales corner (Baroda) pvt. Ltd.
      It was bring to our notice that our gas stove will be delivered by[protected]. We have received the gas stove on[protected] & after opening the gas stove we have noticed that its pan support are not proper & on the next day we have book complain on your toll free number.
      A technician (Mr. Ghanshyam) from parshwa sales, vadodara (Distributor of glen product) came & checked the pan support & told that today i will send e-mail to our head office (Faridabad) & they will send us the new pan support within 2-3 working days & then i will come & change your pan support. After 10 days without receiving any proper response i have called parshwa sales & it was bring to my notice that till now we have not received any pan support.

      Again after keeping patience & after some days again i have called parshwa sales (As the beggars have no choice) for enquiring our gas stove pan support. The lady who attended my call was so rude & told me that we have told you once that till date we have not received any pan support & dont call again & again for enquiring the same thing. On hearing such harsh words i was so surprised that what services they will provide as on new gas stove this problem is occuring.

      As i have not received any reply till date from their side i have planned to book a complaint as there was no other option left with me.

      Please take this matter seriously before i take any serious action & do let me know when i will get my new pan supports (4 nos.) for my gas stove.

        I had purchased a juicer mixer grinder from glen model gl4015 on 16/02/15. I got the guarantee for motor for 5 years. Now my motor is not working, i have lost the warranty card but i am in possession of original bill, i requested the customer care to instruct the service center to repair the mixer on proof of bill but not getting any positive response.

          glen cooking range

          I had purchased glen cooking range from authorized dealer kamla store, jhumri telaiya, koderma, jharkhand. It was installed by technicians sent by the dealer. Since installing stove nob is broken due to the extreme heating while using the grill. The open light is not working and even the auto-ignition switch is also not working. This the worst service i have yet seen. The company doesn't even have people to give the demo of the product. And...

          This is my 4th email on the subject.

          The apathy of the customer service team is deplorable and down right despicable.

          You continue to ignore the complaint. The quality of the product i have received is a good indication of the after sales service that we are receiving.

          You forget though that customers have other outlets. Consumer courts will be very happy to know the evidence i am collecting against this case.

          In the meanwhile i wait for a call from the corporate complaints to understand, listen and fix the issue.

          I have purchased glen burner 4 months ago but one of its burner has totally fainted Color. As per warranty of the burners, i need to replace the burner
          Our Glenn gas stove that we bought 1 month back has multiple issues with the gas burner.
          All the burners are inconsistent and do not work most of the times.
          The technician want able to do anything.
          I need replacement for this product.

            I had purchased glen chimney from authorised dealer union radios jhansi. It was installed by technicians sent by the dealer. Since installing it is making huge noice. The smoke sucking is not proper. It appears that there is manufacturing defect. The machine is under warranty. And the complaint is not being attended by the dealer who is also customer care centre of glen as per information available on net.
            Please ask the dealer / vendor to attend or to take back the machine and refund the amount paid.
            This is very sorry state of affairs compelling the customer to move to other platforms for grievances redressal.

              First of all worst service ever i faced in my entire life, once you buy the product they treat you like good and once you face any kind of issue they will not entertain i purchase a gas stove from glen dealer name - kitchen 'n' bbath gallery, jaipur, so i request you to all if you wants to buy something from glen don't try anything, worst service ever and worst product too.
              I have bought a new cooking hob but from the time it has been fixed the burner makes a lot of noise. The person who came to fix told me that it is new due to whch sound is coming and will go after sometime.

              have been calling customer care but no response

              I stay in Gurgaon and would appreciate if someone can come and fix

                For a couple of years the chimney has been working properly. but now it makes a lot of sound and does not suck the required amount of fumes/smoke. the service centre is pathetic. initially some private persons were contacting me for service and they were not from their authorised service centre. later i am told by this people that they are the authorised service personnel. but they do not attend the service call. they are lord unto themselves. the company does not have any centralised customer care no. to address the issue. pathetic company, pathetic service, and i am feeling sorry for purchasing from this brand.

                  Its only 1.5 years that i have bought this chimney from such a well known brand like glen, and now its motor has stopped working and according to the technician the motor has burnt and needs to be changed which will cost around 4000 rupees. I mean one invests a huge amount in a well known branded product once so that we don't need to spend money again and again if we buy a local product.
                  And now that its only after 1.5 years that the motor has burnt and i have to spend half the amount of the product mrp to get it repaired, then it is not acceptable and it would have been better that i had bought a local product, then what is the use of buying a branded product.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had purchased glen (Otg) gl 5030 grill with order id od[protected] from official site of flipkart and the same was delivered at my home in chembur on jan 12, 2018.

                    The product was received in a damaged condition. The handle was broken on communicating the same several times to glen india ltd, they say they can only repair the same. Now glen wants me to accept the defective piece.

                    I have purchased a first hand otg for rs 8300/-

                    Can i get justice for replacing the product.

                        Dont buy glen gas hob. The glass suddenly blasted in a most dangerous way. Then the rude gm service one mr. Arun malhotra threatened that “we will not get the glass replaced till more than a week. You stay with the broken glass. First transfer 4250/- by paytm to their phone. Only then we will try to see when the glass can be replaced” it has not only been a shocking but a very very tiring experience. I cannot even get it replaced by any other gas hob as the kitchen stone slab has been cut according to the size of glen gas hob. Dont buy glen. They are cheats selling bad quality stuff. This gm arun malhotra is also a cheap cronie making fun of the distressed customers.
                        I have purchase glen gas burner 4burner automatic problem is while we start button gas do not starts it take time
                        Not burning properly. leakage as also 01 knob broken.

                            Bought this product about 7 months ago, and been having some issues with the plastic parts. I called the supplier with the most recent issue where a part broke. It is still under warranty, but they said that we do not replace plastic parts. I would have to pay if i wanted the part. They even accused me of damaging the part.

                            I was never sure of this product to begin with, and i will never buy another glen item.

                              I purchased a glass cooktop on nov 7, 2016, on november 3rd when my wife was cooking dinner the glass of this cooktop shattered with a blast spilling the food all over. The pieces of this shattered glass came to almost 10 feet. Fortunately my wife did not get major injuries, but one of the glass piece hurted her right hand. When the technician visited and inspected the matter he mentioned that the fault started from the periphery of the burner. Later i received a call from the services center saying the glass can be replaced only on a chargeable basis. The technician also confirmed that it looks like a design fault for this piece but after sales support says that we don't care you have to pay for the glass. I am not sure what is the guarantee that even after getting a new glass on this stove if it will work because the actual fault is not being treated. It has been almost a month now we are struggling please let me know how are you planning to resolve this.
                              In the noon my mum was cooking food & pressure cooker blast, so the chimney gets fallen down.

                                We have purchased a glane food processor on dt[protected]. Vide cash memo (Attached), wherein 5 yrs warranty was given on motor. Recently we found burning smell from the unit. While contacting the service centre, they took the unit to service centre and post verification we were informed to pay off rs 500 for motor winding of the unit.
                                As there is a warranty on the motor for 5 years then how the service centre asked for money to repair the unit.
                                Please look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  We purchase via amazon model glen gl 1065 tr glass 4 burner hsn code 732111, order id [protected], cash memo no 06a[protected] dtd 03.11.17, one burner is not working and the product is very bad condition not useable, pl arrange to replace the same, local technician who fitted the same is not so competent finally the product is defective not to the mark, it is design defect only... Please replace and resolve, thanks
                                  My stove is only 04weeks old. it has the following problems-
                                  1. One of bigger burner knobs has become very tight. Difficult to turn the knob.
                                  2. there is smell of gas indicating there is leakage.

                                  its dangerous

                                    chimney cooker-hood

                                    I am purchase glen chimeny cooker-hood[protected] on 6/6/14 with life time warranty. My chimeny are not working properly since 10/10/17 and complain company allahaabd sudharsan trading co. Local service centre but he denied and say contact your purchasing shop again i contact the shop namly new gupta bartan store allahabad he say i send service enginear but no one come till date i call several times.
                                    I dont understand glen company...
