Hello Sir/Madam, This is with regard to my recent purchase of Juicer Mixer Grinder of Brand - Glen India Appliances. I Purchased this product Online from Pepperfry.com on 9th March 2016 and the product got delivered on 16th March 2016. From the very first use of this JMG (Juicer Mixer Grinder of Glen) There was a very loud noise coming out of its motor and the transparent outer lid cover was also getting in contact with the sharp blades hence damaging both the outer cover as well as the blades. This clearly prooves that the Glen India Appliances Products are Not Tested Before Distributing Into The Market. I raised a complaint for refund against that defective product at So Called Glen India Appliances Customer Support and they provided me this job no. [protected] and sent their technician but the technician did nothing just came and noted the model number of the product and went back, than after 3 days and after calling innumerable times to their customer care mobile numbers they sent a technician with a top transparent lid cover but as soon as their technician attached that cover same loud noise was coming and the cover was again getting in contact with the sharp blades. The technician was unable to fix the problem so they took the juicer mixer grinder for R&D and since than it is with them and so my money. I would like to tell Glen India Appliances that Consumers are not purchasing their Highly Priced Defective Products For Hopeless Glen's India Appliances R&D. I want Glen to take complete responsibility of that defective product and refund my money without wasting my further time.I have wrote Several Emails and Contacted several times to their customer care numbers but every time those hopeless time wasters says we will update you by evening and never call back, this is happening since i purchase that Defective Glen India Appliances. I Never Ever Recommend Anyone To Waste Their Money On This Kind O[censored]nauthentic, Defective, & Illiterate, Brand, Product & Services Like Glen India Appliances.

Hi - I had purchased one 3 burner cook top from NSG Canteen, Manesar of Glen Make.
-As soon as i assemble this .Its two big burner were not working.
-I registered a complaint against register no.[protected] and was been assured by Glen to rectify the problem.
-But looking no response from Glen, I sent a mail bearing the same complaint no..
-No action has been taken yet and seem they are not bothered to rectify even.
- I want either replacement of the Cooktop or my money back.

Hi,

I had got my built in hob and chimney from glen fitted through Has Enterprises on 1st December 2015.

The pathetic installation done is not yet rectified despite escalating multiple times through call and speaking to Mr Pradeep Shukla supervisor.


Please have this rectified at the earliest.

On 08/12/15 i have purchase cooktop -gas stove of cepella glen from Darshan ahemedabad.

During the cooking glass of stove is broken / damage some how.

within one month this incident is occurred .

cooking process was going on in regular mode but some how suddenly glass is broken . therefore kindly replace stove or replace glass as early as possible .

I purchased glen chimney and i found it faulty after several complaints and fight they said we will change your chimney and i asked that i would upgrade the model as it is not working already so there is no use of it again. They said okky sir we will change and they told me 2 chimney and price different i need to pay what i found was that they were charging me more then the market value of their chimney and then i took price quotations from market from there authoriesed dealers in my town and attached it with mail and sent them asking why are they charging me more then the market value. They gave me reply saying sorry sir we cannot give any reason if you want take otherwise we are closing your case. Seriously glen service and customer support is worst and i am facing problem from last 3 months.

Dear Sir, I have purchased a chimney of Glen India around 11 months before. I am having three problems one is that the bulb is not working, the second one is that the switch to on/off the bulb and third one is that the smoke from stove does not fully go inside the chimney. I have called the customer care and they give me the contact number of Ajmer office to which I called and they said that we will take complain and said that we will...

I have bought 3 Burner gas stove of glen from local market before 5 months, now there one problem is some gas leakage in burner and gas feeding pipe as well, so many complaints registered at local market where i purchased but there is no any response since 1 week. No technician available for service they answered.. so bad service never buy....

I have been using glen as cooktop for last 5 years. Recently the knobs of the stove have broken due to wear and tear. I contacted local service center several times, regrettably they didn't bother. Then I sent email to glen Delhi to resolve the issue - nothing happened. The knobs are of special design and no local service technician can supply. Hence I am unable to use the stove.

Worst service and customer support with rude staff. I bought their product and it was my biggest fault to buy their chimney. The one who visit home to check chimney says yes sir it is not working and their seniors says it is working. Don't think of buying glen products at all its better to opt others because they will just give you tensions and pathetic service with worst products. Buy at your own risk because they are just useless and not at all trust worthy and what their technicians say sir its not our fault the design of chimney is not good and they compare there brand with local brand and say local brand is much better really terrible service and product and whole kitchen is getting stained due to there faulty chimney and worst support.

I purchased gas cooktops of Glen company and was shocked to find the name of some another person written on in . I had gifted this to my relatives on Diwali festival and now they are thinking that I gifted them anybodys used cooktop to them . This is a real shame for Glen company that used tops of anybody are selling in new packings and I paid full amount for this . Date of incident is 9th November 2015 . I want Glen to replace my cooktop as I had not used it at all . This is somebody s used one .

Bought glen chimney from kings electronics panvel, but within 1 month chimney started rusting and all steal parts started rusting. Till now we haven't got any response from GLEN. We have started loseing faith in glen and would not recommend anyone to buy chimney from Glen...

I purchased a built in oven (GL654N Gas) in November 2014 and used it successfully till May 2015 after which it has stopped working. Despite repeated complaints, the service centre here in Bangalore are unable to repair it and seem to have washed their hands off it ! It is still under warranty. This is turning out to be a very bad experience. The company should either repair the equipment or replace it as it is still under warranty.

i have register a complaint on dt 04/07/2015 and my complaint no. is [protected] then on dt 13/07/2015 i recieved a message from company that your complaint has been solved but there is no any person arrived for complaint solution The company has also not confirmed from me about the resolution of complaint it is very bad experience

Just checked Glen india website the culprits have done a very smart move by removing the model 1046 sstr AI model which i have order.Very Innovative cheating move Hatss-off. I have attached the Picture which they have removed from there website. They Sended me stove which is different this image.

On 28 june 2015 i have brought 4 burner stainless steel lpg gas stove for rs 4099 from glen india website. The model no. Of this stove is GL 1046 SSTR AI the company has dispatched me wrong model which i notify them very next day, they replied my mail aftr 3 days and told me to send product at there warehouse address. Now its been 10 days and they are not sending me the product and now they are saying that the product is used and cannot be replaced .Even making number of calls they have not picking up my call. I have attached the photos of the product.

We had purchased Glen 3 burner cooking stove from Big Bazar Jaipur in December 2014 and was installed in May 2015 since big bazar authority refused to install at our residence. ever since this installation when ever I light the burner I get shock like electric current, I spoke to big bazar they have asked us to complaint on companies web site. while putting on the burner I have to be very cautious as so many times I faced current from my gas stove, kindly inform your service person to visit the house and get it repaired /checking. fraud and Bad Service Centre experience regarding the glen chimney. so i decided to share my experience on compare india i think this will atleast help me to get my problem solve i had registered a complaint for the the chimney not working within the Year.

Please don' t buy any Glen chimney from Noida & NCR. . my experience is very poor service centre response for Faridabad service centre for any small issue. According to service centre response that like froud . I brought glen chimney last year 18th june, 14 some repair required but no any response reg. resolve the issue through service centre. Ms Mamta & Team. my contract no is 971100...

I have purchased glen chimney on 14 feb 2015 from your distributor in sector 22 chandigarh. The installation was done from your side but was not proper. The guy has fitted the chimney at high level from the cooktop that proper suction it not happening. Whren o called up the glen customer care in chandigarh they said they will charge for the reinstallation and also said that they didn't send anybody for the installation. If this is how the customer care centre reply then it will be taken in the different way from the customer side.

I had placed a service request on 4th may of 2015. I haven't got a call from the service centre till date which is 19th may of 2015.I had called the head office on 8th may and they told that some one from the service centre will call us. I have been trying to call the local chennai service centre ( Chakra enterprises, Alwarpet) but all in vain. The store manager either says that he will call me back in 2 minutes or he will cut my call. This has been happening for the last one week. I am highly frustated with the customer care that glen is extending. I may have to escalate the whole issue if this is not sorted out immediately.
