The goodwill of your esteemed co. Is being compromised due to bad customer service being provided by your 78a, rajdanga gold park outlet, kol-700107, wb.

1) since all family members are working only saturdays are available for service which has been categorically informed.
2) inspite of several reminders, co takes its own time to respond to provide service.
3) whenever, call is given for service the stock reply is that no serviceman is available. Each time new excuse is given, staff on picnic, train problem, on call elsewhere etc.
4) no priority is given to old customers, no call for service on due date unlike all other service centres.
5) i want service tomorrow at 10:30am 25-01-20, pls arrange-

    I have purchased glen induction cooktop from best price agra dated 15/10/2019. I went to the service centre for repairing of induction. But even after 50 days of waiting they didn't repaired my glen induction cooktop. Then i met mr. Yaseen (Manager at agra glen service centre) and he told me that the repairing of the product is not possible right now due to unavailability of the spare part required to repair it.
    I want my induction to be repaired as soon as possible or if not possible i want the exchange of my product from a new one within a span of not more than 1 week.
    If the work will not be done as requested then i will go to consumer court and will do further legal proceedings againt the company.
    I have purcheged glain induction but it was nonfunctaonable after 10 days only. Pl do needful to chane it.

          glen chimney purchased from flipkart having push button of led light and light not working

          I have purchased glen black chimney from flipkart of 60cm specification amounting to rs 5499 but delievered without invoice at 7th october 2019 when installation made on 10.10.19 it was checked by the techinician, the push button of chimney light are not working and the light can not be switch on.
          I have registered complaint on glen authorised customer care number and service number but till date no one /no techinician came to my house...

          Gas leak - i have called customer care for service for many times but i have no one seen this complaint so far.. It’s been a month am started following still am unable to reach right person and none of them resolved it.. This is chennai location.. Worst mintanance.. It’s waste of gas too.. I have called people are very well trained in diverting calls finally after speaking 5 i got the contact number and they said they will send but no one came up again i called the same number after 2 days even they too diverted the calls..
          I purchased the kitchen chimeney from glen and got commitment for visit on 25.11.19 and taken multiple follow up for the same from glen service center but not getting help.
          Need immediate assistance.

            Giving gas smell. कंपलेंट को पहले भी एडिट करके भेज चुका हूं की गैस स्टोव में से स्मेल आती हैं। अब इस को कितना लंबा करके लिखू ? किर्पया उपबोकता को बार बार मेल भेज कर परेशान ना करें। कंपनी अपनी रपुटेशन का ख्याल रखें। धन्यवाद।

            Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz . Ab to khush ho ? Kam koi karna nahe, bus mail bhi kar customer ko parshan karte ho.
            I called sh. Lalit, authorised Glen service dealer contact no. [protected] to installed and install Glen Chimney it at my new house at East Kidwai nagar. Glen chimney was installed by Lalit's assigned engineer but not installed till date even after 4 days of installation.this is highly unprofessional attitude from Glen Authorised service Dealer.
            Pl depute your engineers to rectify the problem of 4 burner gas stove (steel). The push butten( ignition) button is not functioning

              Its been a year since i purchased the above mentioned cook top. As glenn is recognised as one of the premium brands i decided to buy one compared to other brands, for a hassle free cooking and peace of mind.
              It comes with a 5yr warranty.
              But to my surprise within a year all the 4. Burners started melting, resulting in troublesome ignition.
              When i registered a complaint i was said that, the burner would be replaced free of charge, but visiting fees of rs350/- will be charged.
              I got it done, as i had no option.
              Now after 6months i am incurring the same problem. On complaining i was given the same reply.
              The technician just visited and said the burners are not available, they will be ordered shortly, and demanded visiting fees of rs350/-.
              I was reluctant to pay because he had just come to tell that the burners are not readily available.
              But i had to pay. Its been 4days now, they still dint turn up, and when i enquired they said it will be done 2days later.
              What sort of service is this. They dont have spares readily available. Why on earth does the burner melt, no idea. Never have we ever heard of such faults in our cooking tops till now.
              Glenn doesnt stand for gaurentee.

                I had purchased glen kitchen chimney model 6055 on 25 august 2019 from m/s. Meghan kitchen & home appliances (P) ltd., e 96, sector 63 noida. The sales person mr. Ankit (Mobile no. [protected]) told that i have to pay for additional exhaust pipe, if required. But during installation i was charged rs. 1000.00 for even the minimum pipe length supplied. On talking over phone mr. Ankit refused that he has agreed for any free supply for exhaust pipe and on the contrary started blaming me for not listening properly.
                This is totally unfair treatment of the buyer and surreptious way of overcharging.

                  I purchased a glen model number gl 1042 ai fbb mirror, four-burner gas cooktop on 31 march 19 from m/s megha kitchen & home appliances (P) ltd, 3, basement, shankar vihar, vikas marg, delhi - 110092, vide invoice number 1771 dated 31 march 19 (Invoice was from their vaishali, ghaziabad branch because, i was told, that the vikas marg branch did not have the item in stock). The product is of extremely poor quality.

                  2. Firstly, within a week of the purchase, its auto ignition stopped working. After complaining to glen customer care, a service executive was deputed to my house. He said that wiring of two (Out of the four) ignition points was defective and needed rewiring. He replaced the two defective wiring. His workmanship was extremely shabby. He just wrapped the loose wire poorly around the gas pipes under the cooktop. When i pointed out to him that he had done a very shabby job and spoiled the look of the cooktop and requested him to restore it to the neat way the other two original wirings were done, he refused saying that it was done at the factory and he did not have the tools and the necessary material to do a neat job like that!!!

                  3. Almost three weeks after that (When the cooktop was just one month old), the rubber lining under the glass top started coming out from all sides!! It gave the cooktop a very poor look. I complained again to glen customer care and the service executive, who called, told me that the entire glass top will have to be dismantled and the rubber will have to be replaced. I was not willing to have such major repairs done within a month of purchase, specially after my poor experience with the first repair. Two major defects in an expensive, premium quality cooktop, in a short time of one month, clearly indicated that it was a poor quality piece. I requested the glen customer care to kindly replace my cooktop with a new one. I also called-up m/s megha kitchen appliances, vikas marg, new delhi many times over the next two months and everytime they told me that someone from glen will contact me but till date no-one has ever called!!! In the meantime, when i contacted the glen customer care again about my complaint still being unresolved, i was told, to my utter surprise that my compliant has been closed!!!

                  4. After more than 3 months of calling-up the customer care and m/s megha kitchen & home appliances, my issue has still not been resolved.

                  5. It is very evident that the item is of extremely sub-standard quality. I purchased one of the most expensive cook-tops in the glen range primarily because i wanted a reliable, high quality product that will give me trouble-free service for many years. The reason for choosing glen was also due to a belief that products from a such a reputed brand would be high quality, unlike the unbranded, local cooktops available at a fraction of the cost. That trust has been breached and i feel cheated by glen, not only by the poor quality of product but also by the extremely poor quality of customer service.

                  6. The product is under a five-year warranty, duly registered with glen.

                  7. May i request, that in view of the extremely poor quality of the piece supplied to me, my cook-top may kindly be replaced at the earliest with another new piece.

                    One your service boy from vizag showroom has checked our glen stove recently which we had purchased 2years back and it is under warranty and due to some burner problem the fire from it has been reduced and he said that he will replace the old burners with new burners and there is no reply from your customer service so, we are facing a lot of problem and is this the way you will receive your clients if my problem will not be rectified in 2-3days i will file a consumer case against your glen company

                      I had problem with the burner and auto ignition switch i bought it on 17jan[protected] sqhtdbtr) service section also attended but couldn't make out. L request you to give replacement for my gas stove as l am not satisfied with it. All my vessels have turned into black at the bottom because of the burner some black residue is forming at bottom of all vessals as l have white quartz table top it is spoiling that also, service section has taken photos and videos from the beggio l had problem with this stove. I got it through amazon and i have not yet posted any picture regarding this issue. I hope you would consider my complaint and take necessary steps to give replacement if failed to do then as a genuine customer i have to go for consumer court regarding this issue. Thank you

                          Purchased recently and it is in warranty period. Auto ignition is not working given a online complaint and dealer complaint in visakhapatnam. It is more than a week time no one attend. On continuous follow up with local dealer some one attended for repair. He pored enough coconut oil into tried by pressing the nob. Still not solved. Informed again some will come for repair. No one turned up for 4 to 5 days. Given online message request in glen official website. Got reply mail that they will attend to that. Still no one turned up. Today also again followed up with local service personnel. Again same promise and waiting for the expert service person to pore more coconut oil. It is not understand why glen service personal try to replace the parts when they are not working. Glen service personals are not at all showing in resolving the issues. Please check and try to resolve the at least items which are in warranty.
                          I have purchased High flame burner of Hob 1073 Fb Bw AI from E M Enterprises on 5th Nov 2016. Within two years its high flame burner has shrunk. Gas is spreading outside the edge of burner. Even after complaining many times, there is no response from the company. Its very worst and horrible experience for me.

                            Filter of newly installed kitchen chimney damaged at the time of servicing, but not yet replaced. As per the requirement of customer care executive, on dated 17.04.19 copy of purchase invoice send to him.Till date no response received from him. Even he is not attending the phone calls. We have already paid AMC charges but the service what we had received against the charges is very poor & un professional.Our chimney is very new (only six month back we had purchased it).You are requested to look into it & resolve as early as possible.

                              Horrible service. Staff non professional. Mistake committed in buying 4th generation auto clean chimney. Waste of rs. 22900.00 i will not advise any one to even think of glen forget about purchasing and giving up your peace of mind. Tried to contact their service personnel in jaipur but he/she dis not answer the call and redirected to office no. Which is full of non professionals.

                                Chimney purchased - may'2018
                                I purchased glenn chimney in 2018 (Not an year ago). On 10/04, chimney motor caught fire (Though gas stove was off) and it burnt down my kitchen. God saved lifes but it damaged the property.
                                Logged the call with glenn support but no response. Contacted their sales manager and provided the pictures but no action taken yet.
                                I expect the response from glenn and compensation on chimney and damaged property.

The executive told me with in 48 hours will proceed with your refund and now she is not guiding me how to raise ticket for refund. I fill my refund form and send in mail but no one is responding..
