Glen — Charging more without any guarantee and package for product

So today they have charged us 400 for a capacitor and additional 350 for service. we first bargained its more and said him that amazon price was just 140/- . we called customer care and said the same wt happened and he got some call from others and finally the price of capacitor came to 300/- and but the capacitor he was changing didnt have any package or any seal not even a plastic cover for that, how can we trust if its a good product. i dont understand why the capacitor hasnt got any package. when we asked him abt it, he said it is bought directly from company. we didnt know if we can trust it. we checked it in amazon to see the price, and it showed just 149/- the same one. i dont understand why to scam the customers by increasing the price. i feel its not genuine servicing. .i want the answer from Glenn abt this issue as soon as possible
