I have purchased Chimney and after installation, we are getting some irritating sound. I submitted 3-4 times complaint and your team has changed the fan all the time. Now again we are having the same sound issue and they are saying we have to change the FAN again.
Is this a solution only? Or your team is making fool of customers. I have used only 7-8 months and have submitted complaints so many times for the same issue which is not resolved properly.
Your team suggested contacting seniors who can only provide me solutions but I am trying to call them and they have been switched off their phone.
One of your team members said when the warranty has been expired you will have to pay for changing the fan all the time if you use Chimney because we can’t replace the Chimney. Am I a fool?
This is a faulty piece of products which I got and after so many complaints you have to replace the Chimney which is the only solution. I don’t have much time to call your service center and ask them to replace parts all the time. A better solution will be to replace this product with a new Chimney.
Also, I will never suggest anyone buy Glen products if this is not resolved.
