Worst service Bangalore customer service, No customer service ONLY sitting and talking rude n rash No product information Suma madam gives. She threathenned me initially taht if i call outsider for granire cutting wall hole an intallation Glen will not help in future. She dint tell me abt extended warranty. Now there was an explosion cox of GENN tech, ho ud not rectify the issue and told me leae the GAS smell. They are in denial of any help as its out of warrnty. NO BALLS ALSO TO CALL N CHECK WITH ME.
