We were looking for a cooktop for our home and went to the mentioned dealer's shop who convinced us to give a demo of two cook-tops at our place. He promised us to change the cook-top if we did not find it as per our requirement.

Since we were confused between two models due to its burner size, he convinced us by saying, "i will send both the models to your place, you can check the burner flames and keep the one which you find according to your need."

Now he is not ready to exchange the product.

Very poor customer service.
