I have ordered, glen 1041 GT forged brass burner glass automatic gas stove, through bajaj online store on 2nd Feb 2022, ordered got confirmed on 3rd Feb 2022 and it got delivered on 10th Feb 2022. We have opened the package and installed it. Tried to start its not getting started until we lit it with match stick. Then we have checked in youtube how to start the auto ignition, we see there is no auto ignition button on the stove.

I have emailed them regarding the issue, they didnt respond. Agian i have called them on number which was printed on invoice they said they have no dealership in Hyderabad and replace is not possible, they would refund the difference amount of Rs 900+, since then they have not responed, i have email them few times. Enclosed are the details please help
