We have purchased glen cooktop gl-1043-gt (St-02) vide invoice number gst/2008 dt. 24-jan-2020 from your
Authorised dealer m/s satkar gas and home appliances, akashganga, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh.
It started giving trouble withing two months but due to nationwide lock down we didnt have any optionbut to somehow manage with the erratic burners. Once the authorities allowed the shops to be opened we
Verbally gave complaint to the said dealer and they sent a technician around 10-15 days back. Afterthat it was performing better but gradually have started deteriorating.
Now again it is giving trouble and we are not able to cook as it is posing safety threat due to unburnt gas getting diffused in the kitchen.
It is requested to provide a suitable replacement of the stove immediately.

The glen cook top mentioned and complaint about in the trailing mail is again giving severe safety threat to me and my family as there is profuse leakage of gas from the stove before the knobs.
Despite repeated complaints glen has failed to eliminate the problem and doesn't seem to be concerned about safety and convenience of the customer.
It is requested to replace/refund this product immediately. Failing which i shall have no other option but to seek legal help.
Glen response:sorry for the delay our technician will visit tomorrow to get the unit check cause technician will visit form raipur its hard to arrange the technician on the same day for outer location.
Kindly note i have complaint at 7-34 am just to ensure that it is attended on the same day. They are not concerned about the poor quality of their product and safety concern of customer. The glen product is giving repeated trouble since day 1.
