Glen — glen chimney complaint not resolved

Sir i have purchased a new glen chimany modal 6062 ts 1250 m3.
But sir i m not satisfied. Chinany not working properly and very loud sounds. Many complaint in customer care but sir problem not solved. Many teaching visit my home. But sir problem not solved. Please repuest sir resolve my problem. Other wise help in counomer court... Thx
