This is my 4th email on the subject.
The apathy of the customer service team is deplorable and down right despicable.
You continue to ignore the complaint. The quality of the product i have received is a good indication of the after sales service that we are receiving.
You forget though that customers have other outlets. Consumer courts will be very happy to know the evidence i am collecting against this case.
In the meanwhile i wait for a call from the corporate complaints to understand, listen and fix the issue.

About glen gas stove model 1046gt that we bought on 4th
March 2018.
We have made several attempts to fix this through a technician
However the issue with burners is same.
The burners don't light up immediately and sometimes extinguish
Automatically.
Consider this as a strong complaint about the product and we require a complete replacement of the product.
I have attached the receipt and the guarantee book of the product.
