Glen — I got to pay Rs 500 for only cleaning the chimney

Address:Pulwama, j&k

I want to state that some dust had entered inside the chimney and as soon as I called helpline, they sent 2 engineers who took ₹ 500 from me after cleaning the chimney. Is it proper way or loot, ₹ 500 has to be paid for the cleaning process only..
