I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the product and service provided by your company.
I purchased an atta kneader from Glen India on 9th March. Within just three weeks o[censored]sage, the product stopped working completely. Since then, I have been repeatedly contacting your customer care—approximately twice every week—for the past three weeks. However, despite numerous complaints, no technician has been assigned to address the issue.
Each time I call, I am given the same false assurances that a technician will visit soon. This has clearly not happened. Such negligence and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable.
I am extremely frustrated with this experience. This level of service does not reflect the standards expected from a brand like yours. I expect immediate action on this matter.
If this issue is not resolved by today, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter legally by filing a complaint in the consumer court.
