Glen — Kettles by using the water getting foul smell

I Purchased the Kettle on 18-5-25 With in 2 days time the kettle damaged and when it is used it is producing the foul smell in the water . i raised a compalint on the same and the csutomer care told to visit the serivce centre.

I met a Madam name called Jaya and raised the concern . She told to keep the product the engineer will come and check and provide the soultuin . after 5 days later a Tecnican called in the name of patrick and told me that ketlle is ready to use . when i brought the same to home and try to use still the foul smell started to come and again called them by stating that the issue not resolved . again i went and submitted after few days later they mentioned that the problem resolved and need to take it back . again try to use it but invain the issue still exit . i called the engineer to ask him why still the smell is coming as per him the coil burn smell will come in the water . it is a surprise for me that the kettle will generate the smell while it got heated . again i raised the complaint to customer care again on 24 Jun 2025 . till date no solution . Such a cheating company even one kettle also they are not in a position to repair properly . if it is damage product then it is bound to replace it, which also not happening
