Glen — My Cook top model GL 1064 RO HT DB is not functioning properly

Address:Bhausahab Potnish Enclab, Bank Colony, Morar, Near Gole ka Mandir

My above Gleen stove is not functioning properly. It gives unnatural flame which make all utensils black within few seconds. Please get it rectified. I have purchased it vide invoice no 827 dated 20 Nov 20. Product is under warranty.
