Glen — no response from the company

I purchased the glen chimney 10 months back. Recently, my chimney stopped working. So i made a complain to the nearest store of the company in dwarka, delhi. Which they said they will be sending their team to check as it is in guarantee period. But nobody came. No response to my complaint.
