This is regarding my complaint of product Glen 3 Burner which I bought on 07/08/2020. The issue is the auto ignition is not working now. I raised my concern over the WhatsApp number of Glen India and I was assisted that technician will visit but its being 50 days no one came and on every forward they said forwarding the concern. Every time I am assisted that someone will come when I do follow up. I have sent complaint over glen email and their service whatsApp but nothing works. The product is still in warranty. Still they do not care about their customer. I have screenshot of all chat and email. Please help me to resolve the issue.
