Glen — poor after sale service from glen

Purchased glen aluminium 2 burner cooktop through online store. As i was using this products with png (Gail connection-gail executives has fixed the issues intial ie the conversion of lpg to png) on the initial days. Recently started using stove with the lpg connection. Main problem is with the flame from the burners. When i turned the knob to low mode/sim mode the flame coming from the burners are too high. As a result the things which was cooking started burning and getting spoiled. Cannot use this product any more because of this issue.

Contacted the service center multiple times and they are giving lame execuses. Its been one and half month issue is not resolved yet. The service person will not attend the call even after multiple calls. Very pathetic after sale service from glen.
