Glen — Shattered Glass of 4-burner gas stove

I am a retired senior citizen who had the misfortune of buying a GLEN gas stove. To my horror, the glass top shattered, without any reason, in the middle of the night. This was bought via Amazon, and the retailer was Prime Services.

Now, I realise that there is no ISI mark on the stove nor is there any model number on it.

I was cheated by GLEN who sold me an appliance of substandard quality.

I took this up with their customer service as well as the retailer to no avail..

They have no right to cheat Indian customers, and action should be taken against them.

I also realise now that this is a common complaint, though many are not vocal about it. Why are they allowed to sell stuff that has not passed quality standards.
