We have purchased Glen touch induction model no SA3074 on 6 Nov 2021.Invoice and model no attached. After using it for five days, suddenly it stopped working and when I plugged it again, due to this electricity got short circuit. I need to call the electrician to fix the issue. I have raised complaint on 26 Nov. After waiting for 5 days, mechanic come to my place to check and he said there is one wire which was not fixed during manufacturing due to this wire got overheated nd short circuit happened and it stopped working. I also asked them i will not repair it as it is manufacturing defect. Who will be responsible if it again stopped working and causes such issues. I have words with service manager too but no one is going to listen. This is very unexpected and highly unprofessional on your part.
It has been repaired 3 times by team but issue still not resolved. I want refund or exchange. Was this information helpful? |
