Global Connect — have been cheated repeatedly

I am a registered member with global connect holiday packages. As per the agreement we were not given service. They were supposed to provide a refund of the local travels for our trip but its been 5 months now and they have not yet refunded the amount. Also the service provided during the tour was not upto the mark. They had promised to give lots of activities during the tour but have not provided. Inspite of promising 4 star hotels we were given hotels which did not even have acs. We were told to book the tour 15 days prior to the actual date of travel but now they changed the policy without informing. They moved the office without any prior notice and also changed the number. We were made to struggle and follow up on our own to find the whom to contact. They had also promised annual event 5 times every year they have not provided even once in 2 years. On repetitive emails we did not receive proper response. No one picks up call and the office is closed.
