Hi sir, my mother treated on dec 2018 & paid total cash on 3, 55, 000/-. Apllyed in ehs scheme in my native place chittoor (Andhra pradesh). I taken all reports in our hopital. Global hospital erumbakam chennai tambram. The application rejected in ehs g. O lapsed on may 2018. Hence to please consider g. O. Extension on june 2018 to till date. And send a mail in latest g. O.

    Case gist :

    This is anand and my wife is pregnant as she had some issues we came to global hospital perumbakkam chennai on 12th april 2019 and meet the dr and the dr was very kind enough and friendly. Dr adviced me to do culture swab test and same was done basis dr advice.

    I called on 15th and i was told that i can come to collect all the test report on 16th including the blood test done on 14th. I visited the hospital today at 4:30 pm till 6:45 pm they were searching for the reports when they asked the collection dept they said they never received any samples and when asked micro biology dept even their response was the same. I was waiting in the waiting hall waiting for the report.

    Finally around 7:10pm i was given s lethargic response that the sample is missing. Very careless response.

    Such a reputed hospital nothing is systematic. Staff's were holding a register and writing the samples collected along with the uhid very poor service.

    For the past 5 days we were waiting for the report result. That too when taking the test my wife had undergone a serious pain as the test is like that finally i was given a careless answer that the sample is missing.

    I was waiting in the hospital for 4hrs today for no mean to get a useless and lethargic response from you.

    I am going to file a case against this issue as this is very serious and now again i can't take that test as i had already taken medicines from the dr for 3 days and it's of no use in taking it again.

    It's a blunder error from the hospital part and i am going to take this issue in media and i already posted in twitter.

    I need compensation for the inconvenience caused to the paitent.

      My mum who under senior citizen category got tests done under package for 5000 on 9th march 2019 in your hospital. Took all th en reports met a gynecologist showed all her reports got a green signal went home. Again today 18th march she again came to hospital to see gynecologist, for her surprise today she discloses there is some problem and she has to undergo a surgery, for which ahe has again suggested a package worth 7000. She was billed for the same and when asked they said it's surgery package. Y in the hell need so many packages. It's very sad they are minting money from patients. No service but only money making hospital.

        I have not received my deposit which was hold by hospital in order to receive mediclaim settlement. Amount has been received by hospital one month ago. However, global hospital is not returning my money. Daily same answer saying we will do today. This is happening since last one month. It looks like hospital is list interested.

          My dad had a fall last weekend and i tried the emergency number a hundred times. No one picked up emergency and you call yourselves a 7-star hospital!! What a shame.
          Now wanted to know about the timings for a dexa scan. Called. After 100 rings some lady answered the phone in a language only she knows! With great difficulty i understood she was unable to transfer as the radiology department wasn't picking up. She gave me the direct number of radiology department, which i am trying 67670109 for the last 15 minutes, but no one is picking up.

          What a 7 star hospital!.

          The staff is either busy gossiping or has no time to pick up the phone.

          After the malaysians have injected money, i find the service has gone down sharply.

          Hope they wake up to customer feedback!!!

            My mother sujaya suresh with uhid:[protected], get radiotherapy treatment between 20 june to 20 july, dr. Mathangi was the one who started with the treatment and she was soft spoken initially.
            As treatment progress, she went wild and started scolding, shouting and blaming the patient and patient relative's if any doubts or clarifications asked.
            She is very arrogant, rude, careless and irresponsible doctor with no care to patient and the treatment, most of the time she wont be available, when ever available she with shout, blast and scold the patient and patient relatives.
            After treatment she gave a treatment summary report which had basic mistakes regarding the patient, diagnosis and treatment, when we went to get it rectified again she shouted and screened saying am getting irritated seeing you people. She is a worst human being, she should understand patient is already in pain with the disease, pain both physically, emotional/mentally, in spite of giving moral support and explaining about the treatment procedures and the recovery plan, she is just blasting the patient for a basic questions, apart from this dr. Mathangi every other facility is good at bgs global hospital. She speeks in english and tamil, most of patients comming to this hospital are from rural back ground including my mother - they wont understand english or tamil. Very much disappointed and depressed with this kind on unprofessional, unethical attitude and behaviour of dr. Mathangi, people please try to avoild this doctor.

            Seeing at the basic mistakes in the treatment summary report, we are doubting the treatment which is given under her guidance, if any thing goes wrong to patient, dr matangi and bgs global hospital will be whole and sole responsible.
            We are planning to go to health minister and consumer court on the same.

              I'm am coming to global hospital parel since it's inception. Dr samir shah and dr amit made are my main doctors. All procedures and check ups i get it done at global. Today had been to the liver department for a routine check up. I have a urological problem since last week. As i was at the hospital, thought of consulting a urologist. The appointment counter guy spoke to dr rao, that a handicapped patient is here. Doctor told them to send me to his opd. I spoke to the doctor regarding my problem. Without checking he told the nurse to take me to the surgical room i asked the nurse whether they would provide me a urine pod. She denied, so i went to the washroom. Within minutes doctor left saying he was busy. I'm suffering from arthritis, taking support of walker. I'm a known case of wilson's disease, liver cirrhosis, past history of thrombosis and oesophagus varices. And i had already paid the fees and waited for 20 mins before the doctor came. My old father who has poor vision was running from here to there. Both my retinas are detached. Afterwards had to wait in the surgical room until the other doctor came. And it was a small matter. We are disgusted. Such kinds of things happen at municipal hospitals. Your doctor did not take into consideration my condition and left immediately. I will wait for a response from you and expect necessary action be taken against the doctor. Otherwise we will look at other options. But we won't leave this matter unless necessary action is taken against this shameless doctor

                I got appointment for taking appointment on 10.4.18 by 10.30 am. I am aged and sugar patient. Though i have reported by 10 am itself i was called for test only by 1.30 pm. Because of this my sugar level has gone done and i had trouble to walk even to have lunch. Added to this the result was given only by 6 pm. And hence i am unable to consult the doctors on that day. As i am resident of pondicherry i cannot come often to hospital

                RJR clinics are the best example for his patients The hospital provides many facilities including 100 beds and family rooms
                My friend son has been admitted in Chennai perumbakkam global hospital by 27th may 2018 6pm. They took 80 thousands and not done any treatment. Forcefully we have come out by 29th may 2018 by 3pm. It is worst hospital. Please do not go these kind of worst hospital and don't encourage. Please take an action

                  Stupid hospital with arogant staff, they are just working for sole purpose of making money.
                  They dont care about patients, give appointments and commitments which they cant fulfil
                  I visited a neurosurgeon here, 3 time ms hemalatha gave appointment for dr dinesh nayak and them never allowed me to visit doc even after giving appointment... Fourth time she gave me appointment and when i went even before time i saw doctor leaving in front of me. And then they asked me to pay for dr dinesh nayak but visit another doctor (Junior doc)

                  My Dad had a bad fall yesterday, Sunday 5th Aug. For two days I have been ringing Global Hospitals Emergency line. The hospital doesnt have ANY ONE pick up the emergency line. It is apathetic and unimaginable to call yourself a 7 star hospital but operate like a pathetic roadside entity. Shame!!!

                    Hospital has issued refund voucher rc no :ipr[protected] of dated 30/1/2018 for ip 31915 for patient name mansukhlal v. Somaiya for rs. 30493/-. I have not received said amount till date today. Inspite of so many visit, call to accounts department mr rohan the issue is still pending.
                    I also have to take refund deposit of rs. 8000/- also. This spoils the reputation of the hospital.

                      The insurance claim number is[protected]. My grandfather mr. Hiralal kedia was admitted in the global hospital, parel. The hospital has taken deposit of rs. 15, 000 stating that the amount will be refunded within 15 working days. It has been more than 7 months, still i haven't received the refund despite regular followups.
                      Hospital says that insurance company hasn't settled their bills yet. If this is the case then what is the use of paying premium for a mediclaim policy?

                          As per global hospital rule only one attendee is allowed per person, but some people who have political background are allowed to have more than 1 (In some cases 5) patient relative to be present at a time all the time. Whereas others are forced to follow strict 1 attendee per patient rule. This kind of favouritism is really outrageous and completly unacceptable.

                          If you want to admit your loved ones to global hospital, make sure you have political or ceo reference.

                          Security personal at Global hospital Parel Mumbai behave very rudely with people.

                          Security are very lenient with people who have reference of political or CEO background and are allowed to visit patients without pass with 4-5 visitor present at the floor all the time.

                          I also think this complaint is going to fall on deaf ears with no action taken.

                              This one is specially for aware global hospitals, karmanghat hyderabad.
                              Starting from the parking fees to the doctors appointment everything is aimed to suck the hard earned money from people.
                              Looks like doctors get good percentage share from the diagonistic tests and so you see many expensive test recommendations.

                              Please think twice if your visiting for first time. You end up spending thousands for normal health issues.

                                My name is SHIVARAM.H. My address is No.12/4, 2 mn 2 cr, Gavipuram Extn, Bangaluru 560019. My RR No is S 411511/M3-75. We are about 10 occupants of the above building housing 3 houses. For the last 15 days we have been facing lot of problems with water supply. Water is not released to us as per the scheduled and prescribed timings. Despite our repeated requests to the JE Madam of the area we have come to know that at least for 1 and half hours water has to be released on our existing bi weekly basis. But because of the corrupt practices and unpunctual behavior of the wall man concerned it is not being regulated properly in this restricted water limits. In this modern world of technology and intelligent people of my grate country shall we still live under the mercy of such wall mans of bwssb. Please clarify

                                  Dear sir/ Madam,

                                  With due respect i here by giving my complain regarding my wife . On 17th DEC 2016 . i went to shop through bike with my wife and 2 children that time a drunken two wheeler person hit from the back of my two wheeler and we all felt down and my wife got an major head injury and my 1.5 year kid god mild scratch on her head . We rushed to near by hospital Global Hospital Chennai and they kept my wife in emergency and all the test they want and at last they did stitches on her head and my wife kept in ICU for 4 days and Doctors gave advice that she can discharge we did .. after coming home after 10 days later she got bleeding on her head and got heavy pain we rushed up on 24th sat to emergency and said all that to doctors and suddenly doctor came and removed all the stitches without any instruction to us we all all asked to him and they replied that previously they did was wrong and they have to do it as a surgery after that we all convinced about that and agreed to do it on 25th dec 2016 and after that they said that since its an head we need long cut to join the skin we agreed after that they kept again 10 days after that again the same condition like heavy pain and infection .we again rushed up there and raised and shouted to the doctor . they gave the explanation that healing will take some more 10 days we also agreed that too and every 5 days we keep going there and they will say it will heel but till now they dint gave any medicine to intake and by dressing also they dint apply any medicine ... atlast i thought to have an second opinion and went to Parvathy Hospital chrompet on 11th jan 2017 .The plastic surgeon analysis and gave me counselling that the surgery what they did was wrong and they didn't clean properly for both time and they send the PUS for culture test and according to that they gave medicine still now its getting slowly ..

                                  please sir/madam i need justice for what reason they did all these for these many days without any knowledge dr name of globle is : Dr Paraneetharan .

                                    I have an previous appointment with the Dr. at parel location mumbai for consulting the desease, on the entrance tgey took 3250/ rs. And left a assistamt of the doctor who talks 5 mins. with me about description of my history, and said i have to consult an ENT specialist. If you are not supposed to check any paitent then how can you take that big amount on entrance without giving even any consultant. This is very unfair service which the hospital had provided me. I have spoiled half of my day and not even got any medical suggestions for my problem. And the fees was already taken, its just like my all medical syrup s are spread on floor in front of me before reaching to me. I want REFUND.

                                      This is with regards to return of Medicines of my father Patient Name - Late Mr Dinesh Nagar ( UHID[protected].

                                      He was suffering from NASH related End Stage Liver Disease.

                                      He was admitted on 3rd Oct 2016 to global hospital Mumbai for Proposed Transplant but he got infected with some virus and operation was delayed.

                                      Transplant was done on 20th Oct 2016 & got discharge on 11th Nov 2016. At the time of discharge

                                      Doctors had advised to visit by next week. Still we have been given one months course of medicines by stating that these medicines will be needed whole life.

                                      Although after getting discharge on 11th Nov he had readmitted to Hospital on 13th Nov 2016 due to side effect of Prograf.

                                      That time Doctors had advised to stop all medicines including prograf and nurses on charge had assured that all medicines will be returned at the time of discharge.

                                      But My father's health was not improved and he was infected with something which was not identified & He couldn't survive. On 20th Nov 2016 at 12.45 AM he passed away.

                                      That was really shocking news & situation for us as we were trusted doctors full week for his recovery. In such situation we were expected gentle approach & support from hospital which we were not got.
                                      That time we approached medicine department & MOD for returning of medicines which were given at the time of last discharge i.e. program & other medicines which costs approx Rs.[protected]. However, they were refused to accept that medicines as they could not reopen bill on Sunday & assured us to returned it afterwards as we informed we will be in our native for 15-16 days & could not able to come on Monday.

                                      After 15-16 days we were went to hospital for returning these medicines as we are middle class people & already spent lot of money for surgery by taking personal loans & these money will help us at least for One EMI as I am the karta of my family & donated part of lever for this operation & took leave for more than three months so not got salary from last two months. We have letter of surgeon for returning that medicines however ur medical department is telling that they are unable to do anything in this case & refused to accept these medicines which are of no use to us but you people can very well use these. Also, you may be aware that these can be accepted ur hospital only.

                                        Fraud Hospital For Liver Operations

                                        Worst Hospital...Never Ever Go to this hospital. This is a fake hospital especially for liver operations. They only consider money. Poor people get suffer a lot because of their fraud. My uncle who is suffering from liver problem underwent surgery of liver. Initially doctors assured he will be perfectly alright after operation. They demanded us to pay 4 lakhs in advance only for operation. We after selling all our assets paid the advance...
