Global tree has promised me to get permanent residence in manitoba (Canada) for that they charged rs. 90, 000 as their fee. It is almost 18 months i didn’t get any communication either mails or phone calls. Because of their poor service i asked to return my money but they said it is not refundable and say wait.

I filed a case on global tree for cheating me and sent number of notices through the consumer court, but the consultancy is intentionally not taking my notices.

I am going to file documents in the court by end of this month. I am requesting you to if any one feel the same kind of situation and having proper documents with you. Global tree, bangalore has promised for a pr visa to canada and taken 70k for the process. Once i made the part payment of 35k, they moved my case to the team at hyderabad where the consultant in charge has no clue of anything. She is asking me to do all the research about the agencies for my education verification. They are merely nothing more than just typewriters who are filling out forms and putting us through the painful process of running errands at government offices for certificates. They behave like managers following up with us on the process updates and the hyderabad office is not in sync with bangalore and they just play you like a ping pong ball.
Overall worst experience in just a month of being associated with them.
Try and distance yourself from them if you want to save your hard earned money.

Golden tree organization is a complete fraud organization. I am surprised quikr jobs has authenticated such fraud organization. Initially they asked a minimum of 900 for registration, shared the contract almost a week after we started the job. After submitting, they said we have to pay 3000 for quality checking of our own work. Since it was mentioned in the contract, we paid. Now they have a new story that we have to pay additional 3000 as they have to pay their taxes or something like that and after everything they will refund all these. Total liars and cheaters they are. Do not trust them and pay a single rupee. Ram & goyal are the 2 people interacting with and both are frauds, do not have the guts to even receive the call and speak.

Global tree is visa fraud consultancy, they won't even care you after paying the full amount.
Even if you are eligible for visa, you may not get it because global tree won't file application as per the guidelines.

They simply target for the next customer who ready to pay full amount.

Before you pay them they will follow you, call you like mad dogs,
After that they don't even care you at all!!

Global tree make you fail by violating all immigration rules. So don't go for it.

Global tree is a big time cheater company. They don't know how to treat a client.all false nd fake information they give you.i was addressed by a case officer called Divya Pobarthi, anything you ask she will say I will check nd get back but she will never..i[censored] want change in case officer no solution..i[censored] have a complaint they don't have a complaince team. If I reach Hyderabad office receptionist will say there no such team called complaince, I got connected to a person called Srinivas he such ###, nonsensical person I have ever came across ...he speaks as if he s the CEO of that organisation..i need an apology letter from that person ...i don't to continue any process with you guys...refund my funds back..or else I may have to take t up legally

I met One of the counseller named Ms. Avneet Kaur Brar. I interacted with her regarding my admission for jan19 intake, helped her finding colleges for myself (which is actually her work) and as my ielts was less still after that she promised to get my offer letter and requested me to appear again for ielts.

I transffered the amount to her so that she can buck up.my process..but ..Since July. I am not getting any response from her at all. I dnt live in delhi . All i can contact her is through mails. She Dont even reply to my mails.

She is not even providing me with the INTERNATIONAL.PORTAL LOGIN ID /PASSWORD so that i can atleast check the status. Its been more than 3 months i have been mailing ger regarding my admission and she is not replyn to any mails since past 6 days .

Admissiom for jan19 intake are almost closed.
I gave ielts again
I scored well this time

When i gave her the list of colleges in july, admissions were open and were ready to accept my ielts score well.

Stil i am sitting like an ### with no.offer letter in my hand.

This is such a unaccepted behaviour .

M mrs. Muthahir. Very disappointed with the service, i got a call from this num ‭+[protected]‬, this stupid lady have no manners how talk to a cx, uses profanity wid cx. If i dnt get a apology cal or email frm dat b* trust me m gng to cunsumer court n high light on social media. I hope u hv d call record so go thru dat once. This is a complain for Globaltree Bangalore. I approached Globaltree for abroad education in the start of Feb 2018. They went through my profile and charged 15K for training and 15K to apply in three different Universities.

Later, I came to know that this training is not required to get admission in Canadian Universities. First, they cheated on the training part. Later, they told me that your profile is not fit for getting admission in any University in Canada.They couldn't provide a single University name and they charged 15K for that.

When I ask for the refund they totally denied and said that refunding fees is not in their policy even though you are denied of the service. Now, since the counselor is totally ignoring my calls and mails, I tried to contact the higher authority from Globaltree but there is no way to contact them. The counselor clearly said that we can not provide the contact details from higher authority. They are just playing with my carrier and left me helpless. I'm sure the counselor there know nothing about the Universities in Canada. They are just trying to cheat people and make money.

I tried to get in touch with the owner of Global-tree on Linkedin- Srikar Alapati and explained everything to him but he is also not accepting my request. I am just helpless and need help here.

I've attached all the payslips with my details.

I was continuously followed up by marketing manager of global tree-overseas immigration agency - andheri west, mr. Baskar - [protected] for canada immigration. After signing an agreement and terms and time period explained by them for overseas immigration services. He explained me once i make payment to them they will send my educational certificates for wes verification and report will be received maximum by 1 month and then rest of the formalities will be completed. So maximum period to get visa will be 6 months from date of payment. So i paid them rs.47200 on 16-nov-2017 for their services.
They assigned my case to their process consultant ms. Geetha arya - [protected] based at hyderabad office. Geetha iyer's team member ms. Sreelaxmi called and explained me documentation required in bits and pieces, once i sent her all documents by professional courier services she did not confirm me acknowledgement of documents, neither she was available on phone whenever i called her. After complaining to marketing manager, they changed the team member to mr. Adithya and he confirmed me receipt of documentation and again gave me revised list in jan'18. After sending him additional documents and making payment for wes verification on 14-feb-2018, i updated them to send my original transcript documents to wes. I again did a follow up with them on 28th feb and mr. Adithya assured that documents have been already sent to wes and verification will happen shortly.
However after checking almost a month on 18th march at wes site, i found out that my documents have not been despatched by global tree and status was pending for documents. I raised my concern to them and asked them to provide despatch detail and communication trail with wes which mr. Baskar and ms. Geetha both failed to provide.

I asked them to refund my amount due to false communication, wasting my precious time and cheating me for rs.47200 for their services and additional cost of rs.15000 for wes.

They have still not given my refund, neither any communication and update on their part, hence i would like to file a complaint against them and request my full refund with interest amount.

Global tree took 10000/- as token amount for immigration process to canada. As per email confirmation they have taken the amount and the amount was deposited in axis bank account of, hyderabad branch of global tree. When my friend asked for the process and documentation required they told that the process will be initiated after 3 months in which we will make the id on website and other process. But my friend asked to refund the amount paid because they are fooling the customer and waisting the time to use the deposited money. Moreover they said when the customer signs agreement and pay full amount then they will start the process. This means they want to use the money and fooling the people. My friend talked to the company manager and mrs manjula and mrs vibha and requested to refund the amount but they refused and said we will not refund the amount and said the amount is only refundable when customer pays full amount. That means they want to use the money and after that they refund the amount. Global tree is totally fraud and fake company. I will suggest all the people dont go through this company.

My salary was held and when i asked why did my salary got held they said that as you took a leave and you didn't inform the hr about the same. When i sent them the screenshot that i have sent you the mail. Hr is saying that sorry sidhartha i haven't recieved. And they stretched this issue to a long time. When i asked to resign from the services they got agreed and said me that ok come down to office and complete the pending work i completed 70% and again asked for my pending salary. Instead of replying to that mail where i stated that "i have only rs10 and can't be able to come down from monday." they sent me a termination letter.

Beware while choosing your next company

My self rajesh reddy took help of global tree to apply for canada express entry and i must say that the company offers best services to its client. It might be anything like counseling, documentation or application. I was worried about nothing. I want to thank global tree consultant because due to their effort only, i have able to achieve an ita to apply for express entry.

It's just playing with the aspirants dreams, they are very good at cheating the aspirants by false statements.
And if they think that you are not beliving in then they say that you can withdraw your application at any point of time and your money would be refunded,
This is the main tactics they follow to fool and cheat aspirants in this way.
By this the aspirants tend to believe the consultancy and at the end they never respond nor refund.
I have processed my application for Canada.
I am not satisfied, as i see there is no serious from your team regarding my application.
There is no follow up with the clients regarding the updates or any other ways.
As well when i apply to the mails i have received the reply from Canada job sites stating that the citizens who are staying at Canada are elgible.
As a reason i would like to know has i am staying in India how can i apply for the position.
Request to withdraw my application and kindly reimburse money as promised earlier by Suhas consultant.
Then why do the consultants give the false statements.

Same thing happen with me also, I paid 85000/- till now and they not even responding properly. Now I am suffering a lot by knowing that I got cheated !!

Guys, don't believe global tree at any cost. whatever they say is all false & fake. Their motto is to cheat you guys.

They will make you believe that you will get VISA for CANADA in 6 months. it is more than one year from now and I am all suffering by losing my money, my time, my effort !!!

I trusted global tree by seeing all positive reviews in the internet and now I realized that all positive reviews are fake !!

Dont trust global tree..before going to this, plz check that in deccan chronicle and in internet that this consultancy was doing fraud for all people...iam also applied for immigration 9 months back, it doesn't moved a single step and they charged 70000 from me..when i asked for refund, they didn't even responding my calls and i know by seeing this message they will reply like we checked our database, u r not registered with us, dont defame us, show proofs etc...these r tactics they play when this type of issues came...guys..dont waste ur valuable money and time with this type of frauds.

Globaltree is a horrible company with horrible people working for them. I gave them around 70, 000+ rs. For canda immigration process. But later, i had to quit the process because of family reasons. And when i ask them for refund now, they say refund is not possible. And the reason they give is: "once the amount is credited to company's account ti can't be returned" wow. Just wow reason. They have taken my 70, 000+ rs. Like dacoits, for the services that they didn't provide. And their compliance head tells me, "we will not give your money, you do whatever you want". Please save your hard earned money and don't pick up their call. Now, in this thread they will reply to my post that i am fraud and blah blah blah. Well, go and ask abhishek, who heads compliance team in global tree. My name is rajat. He knows me. Entire compliance team knows me. He and his team and entire team and entire globaltree is fraud and fake and they are biggest liars you'd ever come across.

I'm not sure if these [censored]s in the consultancy even bother to think once, how it feels when your dreams are shattered. Yes, these useless consultancy portraying to be a big name in the industry are just a piece of . These Useless garbage took 10k from me, created their own email-ID, applied to the uni using tat email ID, I got the admission, booked my visa date and the CRIMINALS failed to inform me about the deposit money tat im supposed to pay... ANd now the UNI deferred my admission and I have no clue wat to do...

If there is something called Karma, GLOBAL TREE, you guys will have to beware...!!!
